Hi Adriana, looks like you may have come late to the event and the live hours had already passed. The on-demand content is visible to all that attended during the live hours...but don't worry there's good news. If you attend any of the 3 days you will have access to all the content.

This video in particular, is available on Friday September 30th between 10-22 GMT. So if you come to Fridays event [url removed] you will automatically qualify for the Top 10 tips video here but also all the on-demand and recorded content from all the sessions at all the events.
