As some other PMs do, I really expect to get your feedbacks so that I can furnish my site in an effective manner. I am not sure if it is really client-oriented.

I don't like flashing things on websites. Also I'm not very keen on the slightly curly font you've got on the right and left. What you've written seems OK, though it could do with a proofread.
I just wonder who you're marketing to? Seems it could be a bit more tightly focused to me - are you aiming at foreign companies who are investing in/buying from Vietnam? You could say that right up at the top.

What jumps out at me is "As professional and experienced linguistics," should be "linguists".
Not so sure I would use "demanding".
I would not use a slash: "projects/business." Maybe just "crucial to your success."
There should be an "a" before "wide spectrum of clients"....
And "Our goal aims" is redundant and not good writing.
And "We crucially focus on ACCURACY, CONSITENCY & CONFIDENTIALITY."...... Find the error.
(Also not so sure I would use "crucially".)

Ahhh, don't use comic sans (unless it is a comic!),
which reminds me: I was translating an article/brochure about certain types of cancer; five+ pages
of comic sans about lethal diseases, I hope the patients will appreciate the 'funny font'

Well, first of all there was the "OMG! Linguistics?":-) but then I wondered where the Vietnamese version was. I suppose it's possible that all your clients will understand some English, but wouldn't some of them appreciate a Vietnamese version?
I agree with others about the scrolling letters at the top - I was trying to read the text and found it very, very intrusive. It was moving in the corner of my eye so I couldn't concentrate.

I generally like the site, so don't take the below feedback the wrong way.
I think the photos are less professional than the website. Yours is artsy - it suggests that you're bored with translating and would rather do art. Photo #2 is good but the picture background and the shirt blend with the webpage background (everything's white). Photo #3 has a shadow and a few other issues - generally: badly lit. Due to the the photos, the translator page gives an impression of a random bunch of people, which I'm sure is not true and definitely not what you want to suggest. This site, incidentally, has got good tips for making photos that work.
I'd also add some information on the translators' experience (what documents they've translated, without mentioning any names) in order to present each as a specialist in a certain subdomain.
The sales pitch in the Why Vitas page (and throughout the website) lacks a special touch. You boast timeliness, confidentiality, accuracy, etc., but you'll find those claims in every single translation website you go to. What makes you better than the competition? What is it that you understand about the client's needs that others don't? What skills do you have that others lack? And why would be believe all that? Etc.

The way it is presented suggests that it is a menu and encourages to click on it, I think that you should at least change the colour of the font - blue suggests hiperlinks.

Probably your Joomla includes some things you are not aware of.

I've made a significant revision to the site basing on your comments. I look quite better now. Hope so!
I removed the flash and the curly font (thanks Phil Hand).
A number of typo have been corrected and some wordings have been revised. (thansk Suzan Hamer and others). It surely needs more proofreading.
