Just as Anne's post lets us imagine, I am pretty sure that most agencies would like to recruit for "source ALL > target ALL" language combinations, but since this is not possible, and since they are limited to publishing up to 5 or 15 job offers only, they have to make a choice, probably dictated by their most urgent and actual needs or to fill-in gaps for which they have no contacts yet.

This means, you probably could apply to any job offer, even if apparently it does not correspond to your language pairs. Then again, you also have a limited number of possibilities to apply within this Conference, so maybe you also should chase your favourite recruiters' profiles or websites and contact them the good old-fashioned way too, if you have used up all of your tries

Ninaphia - there is a bug that we're working on. You will have access to all on-demand content for at least 90 days.
Julia Pedro - not sure what you're missing - I just pseudo logged in as you and was able to access everything - all the on-demand content, and all the recruitment posts etc. Simply click on the session tab and click the session you want to see and then scroll down for the on-demand content.

All ProZ.com members have access to all on-demand content irrespective of their attendance at the event, while non-members merely need to "check in" or attend just once during the week and they will have access to all on-demand content. Ninaphia - this is the bug we're working on. You have access to the content for the day you visited (Tuesday) but the system is not currently granting you access to the other days - that will be fixed today.
