Hi! I wonder how I can provide some temporary licenses for memoQ to the translators I want to outsource job to.
First, should I own some server edition for that (I have memoQ Translator Pro, is it possible to upgrade)?
Second, what would be the cost for providing such a license to a translator?
Thanks in advance.

Ask the sales dept at Kilgray Feb 8, 2013

Hi Vitaly,

I believe this is exactly what memoQ server is for. That package comes with a number of mobile licences. To find out more about it, go to http://kilgray.com/products/memoq-server, for example. The serverFive package will probably be what you're looking for: "A serverFive edition consists of one memoQ server and five mobile licenses (by default two project manager and thre

You certainly can't use your own licence to do what you want to do as that's user-specific.

If I were you, I'd contact Sales at Kilgray and get them to make you an offer for a suitable package. Since the server packages contain several mobile licences, the cost will (obviously) be considerably higher than for a freelance's own licence.

Hope these pointers help.

Regards

Carl

Be prepared to lay out some serious cash May 9, 2013

My employer purchased the server edition recently so I know

As far as I could tell, each mobile license costs the same as a regular freelancer's license, but the server itself costs a good sum.
