This paper examines the general concept of Translation Theory and Translatablity in general, from explaining the fact that humans have the capacity to communicate and transfer meaningful messages by means of the use of language - highly ordered, organized and structured system of meaningful symbols and signs to explaining the concept of translatability and terms and concepts of sign and signified in Translation Theory.
