The text needs to be translated to very universal language that would be understood by a 12 year old and for the local dialect spoken in country. The process will require 4 steps: 1. translation - linguist no 1 2. proof reading - linguist no 2 3. blind back translation - linguist no 3 4. teleconference (1-2 hours) with the questionnaire author and 3 linguists to discuss the translation and agree on best final translation. Please let me know if you are available for this task and which of the steps above 1 to 3 you would have a preference for in addition to the mandatory step 4.
