Project Overview:
Our project requires the translation of social media content, specifically for UI/UX elements within a popular app. We are looking for translators who not only have a deep understanding of the source and target languages but also possess a keen sense of cultural nuances.

Translator Requirements:
1. Native speakers of the target language
2. University/College degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related area
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in translation of social app UI/UX copies, including market materials and campaign materials.
4. Proven transcreation skills to adapt content creatively and effectively across different cultures and contexts
5. A flexible and innovative language style to ensure the content resonates with the target audience.
6. Active users of TT as well as other social media platforms native to the target market.

Recruitment Process:
1. CV Review: Please provide CV with related experiences.
2. Quiz: All language experts are required to take an initial Quiz to gauge their familiarity with the TT app and its functionalities. The Quiz is designed to be simple and straightforward, with a full score of 10 points. A minimum score of 8 is required to pass.
3. Free Test: Upon passing the Quiz, candidates will proceed to a free test to assess translation skills and cultural adaptation capabilities.
4. Project Assignment: Successful candidates will be invited to join our project team, working on exciting and challenging tasks.
