1. 공정가치평가 절차요약
(1) 비파생금융자산
금융자산은 인식 및 측정과 관련하여 당기손익인식금융자산, 만기보유금융자산, 대여금 및 수취채권, 매도가능금융자산의 네 가지 범주로 구분하고 계약의 당사자가 되는 때에 재무상태표에 인식하고 있습니다.
금융자산은 최초인식시점에 공정가치로 측정하며, 당기손익인식금융자산이 아닌 경우 금융자산의 취득(발행)과 직접 관련되는 거래원가는 최초인식시점에 공정가치에 가산하고 있습니다.
1) 당기손익인식금융자산
단기매매금융자산이나 최초 인식시점에 당기손익인식금융자산으로 지정한 금융자산을 당기손익인식금융자산으로 분류하고 있습니다. 당기손익인식금융자산은 공정가치로 측정하며, 공정가치의 변동은 당기손익으로 인식하고 있습니다. 한편, 최초 인식시점에 취득과 관련하여 발생한 거래비용은 발생 즉시 당기비용으로 인식하고 있습니다.
2) 만기보유금융자산
만기가 고정되어 있고 지급금액이 확정되었거나 결정 가능한 비파생금융자산으로 만기까지 보유할 적극적인 의도와 능력이 있는 경우 만기보유금융자산으로 분류하고있습니다. 최초 인식 후에는 유효이자율법을 사용한 상각후원가로 측정하고 있습니다.
3) 대여금 및 수취채권
지급금액이 확정되었거나 결정가능하고 활성거래시장에서 가격이 공시되지 않는 매출채권, 대여금 및 기타 수취채권은 유효이자율법을 사용한 상각후원가로 측정하며, 이자수익의 인식이 중요하지 않은 단기채권을 제외하고는 유효이자율법을 사용하여 이자수익을 인식하고 있습니다.
4) 매도가능금융자산
매도가능금융자산은 매도가능항목으로 지정되거나 당기손익인식금융자산, 만기보유금융자산, 또는 대여금 및 수취채권으로 분류되지 않은 비파생금융자산으로서, 공정가치로 측정하며 손상차손과 외환손익을 제외한 공정가치의 변동에 따른 손익은 기타포괄손익으로 인식하고 있습니다. 다만, 활성거래시장에서 공시되는 시장가격이 없고 공정가치를 신뢰성 있게 측정할 수 없는 지분상품 등은 원가로 측정하고 있습니다. 기타포괄손익누계액은 관련된 금융자산이 제거되거나 손상차손을 인식하는 시점에 자본에서 당기손익으로 재분류하며, 매도가능금융자산에서 발생한 배당금은 지급액을 받을 권리가 확정되는 시점에 당기손익으로 인식하고 있습니다.
5) 금융자산의 제거
금융자산의 현금흐름에 대한 계약상 권리가 소멸하거나, 금융자산의 현금흐름에 대한 권리를 양도하고 금융자산의 소유에 따른 위험과 보상의 대부분을 이전할 때 금융자산을 제거하고 있습니다. 만약, 금융자산의 소유에 따른 위험과 보상의 대부분을 보유하지도 않고 이전하지도 아니한 경우, 당사가 금융자산을 통제하고 있지도 않다면 금융자산을 제거하고, 금융자산을 계속 통제하고 있다면 그 양도자산에 대하여 지속적으로 관여하는 정도까지 계속하여 인식하고, 관련 부채를 함께 인식하고 있습니다.
만약, 금융자산의 현금흐름에 대한 권리를 양도하였으나 금융자산의 소유에 따른 위험과 보상을 대부분을 당사가 보유하고 있는 경우에는 당해 금융자산을 계속 인식하고, 수취한 매각금액은 부채로 인식하고 있습니다.
6) 금융자산과 부채의 상계
금융자산과 부채는 자산과 부채를 상계할 수 있는 법적인 권리가 있고 순액으로 결제하거나, 자산을 실현하는 동시에 부채를 결제할 의도가 있는 경우에만 상계하고 있습니다.
(2) 비파생금융부채
금융부채는 계약상 내용의 실질과 금융부채의 정의에 따라 금융부채를 당기손익인식금융부채와 기타금융부채로 분류하고 계약의 당사자가 되는 때에 재무상태표에 인식하고 있습니다. 금융부채는 소멸한 경우 (즉, 계약상 의무가 이행, 취소 또는 만료된 경우)에만 재무상태표에서 제거하고 있습니다.

(3) 파생상품
파생금융상품은 최초 인식시 공정가치로 측정하고 있으며, 거래원가는 발생시점에 당기손익으로 인식하고 있습니다.
특정위험으로 인해 인식된 자산이나 부채 또는 미인식된 확정계약의 공정가치 변동에 대한 위험회피는 공정가치위험회피를 적용하며, 특정위험으로 인해 인식된 자산이나 부채 또는 발생가능성이 높은 예상거래의 현금흐름 변동에 대한 위험회피는 현금흐름위험회피를 적용하고 있습니다.
위험회피의 개시시점에 위험회피관계, 위험관리목적 및 위험회피전략을 공식적으로 지정하며, 위험회피수단, 위험회피대상항목, 회피대상위험의 성격 및 회피대상위험을 위험회피수단이 상쇄하는 효과를 평가하는 방법 등을 문서화하고 있습니다. 또한,위험회피로 지정된 재무보고기간 전체에 걸쳐 위험회피효과를 계속적으로 평가하고 있습니다.

2) 현금흐름위험회피
위험회피수단으로 지정되고 현금흐름위험회피회계의 적용요건을 충족한 파생상품의 공정가치변동분 중 위험회피에 효과적인 부분은 자본으로 처리하며, 위험회피에 비효과적인 부분은 당기손익으로 인식하고, 포괄손익계산서 상 기타이익 또는 기타손실의 항목에 포함하고 있습니다. 현금흐름위험회피회계는 연결실체가 더 이상 위험회피관계를 지정하지 않거나 위험회피수단이 소멸, 매각, 청산, 행사되거나, 현금흐름위험회피회계의 적용요건을 더 이상 충족하지 않을 경우 중단됩니다. 현금흐름위험회피회계의 중단시점에서 자본으로 인식한 파생상품의 누적평가손익은 향후 예상거래가 발생하는 회계기간에 걸쳐 당기손익으로 인식하고 있습니다. 다만, 예상거래가 더 이상 발생하지 않을 것이라 예상되는 경우에는 자본으로 인식한 파생상품의 누적평가손익은 즉시 당기손익으로 인식합니다.
3) 내재파생상품
내재파생상품은 주계약의 경제적 특성 및 위험도와 밀접한 관련성이 없고 내재파생상품과 동일한 조건의 별도의 상품이 파생상품의 정의를 충족하는 경우, 복합상품이 당기손익인식항목으로 지정되지 않았다면 내재파생상품을 주계약과 분리하여 별도로 회계처리하고 있습니다. 주계약과 분리한 내재파생상품의 공정가치 변동은 당기손익으로 인식하고 있습니다.
4) 기타파생상품
매매목적으로 보유하지않으며, 위험회피수단으로 지정되지 않은 파생상품의 공정가치 변동은 즉시 손익으로 인식합니다.
보고일 현재 당사는 파생상품을 보유하고 있지 아니합니다.
(4) 유형자산
1) 인식과 측정
유형자산은 원가로 측정하여 인식하고 있으며, 최초 인식 후에는 원가에서 감가상각누계액과 손상차손누계액을 차감한 금액을 장부금액으로 하고 있습니다. 유형자산의 원가에는 경영진이 의도하는 방식으로 자산을 가동하는데 필요한 장소와 상태에 이르게 하는데 직접 관련되는 원가 및 자산을 해체, 제거하거나 부지를 복구하는데 소요될 것으로 추정되는 원가가 포함됩니다.
유형자산을 구성하는 일부 요소의 원가의 내용연수가 자산 전체의 내용연수와 다른 경우에는, 별개의 자산으로 회계처리하고 있습니다.
유형자산의 제거로 인하여 발생하는 손익은 순매각금액과 장부금액의 차이로 결정되고 제거할 때 영업외손익으로 인식합니다.
2) 후속원가

1. Summary of the Fair Value Assessment Process
(1) Non-Derivative Financial Assets
To account for and assess financial assets, they are divided into one of the following categories: assets recognizing net gain or loss, mature assets, deposits and accounts receivable, or available-for-sale financial assets, and are recognized as such on the balance sheet when the parties involved enter into the agreement.
Financial assets are measured at fair value when initially added, and if an asset does not account for net gains or losses, its acquisition (publication) and directly related transaction price are added to the fair value at initial recognition.
1) Financial Assets Recognizing Gain or Loss
Financial assets specified as short-term trading financial assets and financial assets first recognized as assets recognizing gain or loss are classified as financial assets recognizing gain or loss. Financial assets recognizing gain or loss are measured at fair value, and the change in fair value is recognized as profit or loss. On the other hand, transaction costs incurred in connection with the acquisition at initial recognition are recognized as net expenses when they occur.
2) Financial Assets Held to Maturity
When non-derivative financial assets with fixed maturity dates and set payments can be and are intended to be held to maturity, they are classified as financial assets held to maturity. After initial recognition of the asset, the amortized cost is measured using the effective interest rate rule.
3) Loans and Receivables
Accounts receivable that do not have a price disclosed on an active market and have fixed payments or payments that can be fixed, as well as loans and other receivables, are measured as the amortized cost using the effective interest rate rule. Excluding short-term bonds, which are not important for interest income calculation, the Company uses the effective interest rate rule to recognize the interest income.
4) Available-for-Sale Financial Assets
Available-for-sale financial assets are designated as marketable, or are measured at fair value as financial assets recognizing gains and losses, financial assets held to maturity, or derivative financial assets not classified as loans or receivables, and are recognized under other comprehensive income, except for impairment losses and foreign exchange gains due to changes in fair value gains and losses. Equities that cannot be reliably measured at fair value because there is no disclosed price in the active market, however, are measured at cost. Other total comprehensive income is reclassified from equity into profit or loss when impairment of related financial assets is recognized, and dividends from available-for-sale financial assets are recognized as profit or loss at the time the right to receive the dividends is confirmed.
5) Removal of Financial Assets
Financial assets are removed when contractual rights to cash flows end or are relinquished, and the majority of the asset's risks and rewards transfer ownership. When the Company does not own the risks and rewards of a financial asset, and has not previously relinquished, if it does not have control of the asset, the financial asset is removed. If the Company continues to control the asset, the asset is recognized with its related liabilities, in accordance with the Company's level of involvement in the asset.
If the rights to a financial asset's cash flows are transferred, or if the majority of the risks and benefits are held by the Company, said asset remains on the books, and the received sale price is recognized as a liability.
6) Offsetting Financial Assets and Liabilities
Financial assets and liabilities are offset only when there is a legal right to offset them and they are settled at net value, or when the Company intends to settle the liability at the same time that the asset is realized.
(2) Non-Derivative Financial Liabilities
Financial liabilities are classified, based on their definition and contractual nature, as financial liabilities recognizing gain or loss, or as other financial liabilities, and are recognized on the balance sheet as such when the parties involved enter the agreement. Financial liabilities are removed from the balance sheet only if they have been canceled, (i.e., the contractual obligations have been fulfilled, or the liabilities have been canceled or have expired).
Financial liabilities consist of accounts payable, other liabilities, and etc.. Financial liabilities are measured at fair value at initial recognition, and if it they are financial liabilities recognizing gain or loss, the transaction costs related to the issue of the liability is subtracted from the fair value at initial recognition.
Financial Liabilities Recognizing Gain or Loss
Short-term trading financial liabilities or financial liabilities specified as financial liabilities recognizing gain or loss at initial recognition are classified as financial liabilities at fair value. Financial liabilities recognizing gain or loss are measured at fair value, and the change in fair value is recognized as a net gain or loss. On the other hand, transaction costs incurred in connection with issue at initial recognition are recognized as net expenses.
Other Financial Liabilities
Non-derivative financial liabilities not classified as financial liabilities recognizing gain or loss are classified as other financial liabilities. Other financial liabilities are measured using the effective rule. Excluding short-term liabilities, which are not important for interest income calculation, the Company uses the effective interest rate rule to recognize the interest income.
(3) Derivatives
Derivatives are measured at fair value at initial recognition, and the transaction costs are recognized as a net gain or loss.
For changes in the fair value of assets or liabilities recognized as having certain risks, as well as unrecognized contracts, fair value hedges are used. For the changes in the fair value of assets or liabilities recognized as with certain risks, as well as for changes in cash flows of anticipated sales or purchases, cash flow hedges are used.
At the inception of the hedge, the hedging relationship, risk management objectives and hedging strategies are formally designated, hedging instruments, hedged items, the nature and purpose of the hedge, and the offsetting effects of the hedge are assessed and documented. In addition, the effectiveness of the hedge is continuously evaluated over the reporting period.
After initial recognition, the derivative is measured at fair value, and the gains and losses associated with changes in face value are recognized as follows:
1) Fair Value Hedges
Changes in the fair value of derivatives that are specified as hedge instruments and satisfy the requirements of fair value hedge accounting are recognized as net gains or losses, and changes in the hedged asset's fair value due to the risk being hedged are recognized as gains or losses. Changes in the fair value of the hedge instrument and changes in the fair value of the hedged item due to the hedged risk are recognized in the comprehensive income statement related to the hedged item under the same item. Fair value hedge accounting ends if the situation no longer dictates a hedge relationship, the hedge instrument is canceled, sold, settled, or exercised, or if the fair value hedge accounting requirements are no longer met. The book value of the hedged item adjusted for the hedged risk is written off and recognized as a net gain or loss, beginning the date of cancellation.
2) Cash Flow Hedges
Effective portions of the hedge are recognized as incremental changes in the fair value of derivatives that meet the requirements for cash flow hedge accounting, and are specified as hedge instruments and treated as an effective part of capital. Ineffective portions of the hedge are recognized as gain or loss, and they are included under other income or losses in the comprehensive income statement. Cash flow hedge accounting ends if the situation no longer dictates a hedge relationship, the hedge instrument is canceled, sold, settled, or exercised, or if the cash flow hedge accounting requirements are no longer met. The cumulative valuation of derivatives recognized as capital when cash flow hedge accounting ends is recognized as net gain or loss over the next accounting period that transactions are expected to occur. However, if no more transactions are expected to occur, the cumulative valuation of derivatives recognized as capital is immediately recognized as net gains or losses.
3) Embedded Derivatives
If embedded derivatives are not closely related to the host contract's economic characteristics and risk level, identical instruments qualify as derivatives, and composite instruments are not listed under net gains and losses, then the embedded derivatives are accounted for separately from the host contract. The change in fair value of an embedded derivative that is separated from the host contract is recognized as a gain or loss.
4) Other Derivatives
Changes in the fair value of derivatives not held for the purpose of selling and not specified as hedge instruments are immediately recognized as net gains and losses.
Currently, as of the date of this report, the Company does not hold any derivatives.
(4) Tangible Assets
1) Accounting and Assessment
Tangible assets are measured and recognized at cost, and after initial recognition at book value, which deducts depreciation and impairment loss. The cost of tangible assets includes the cost and degradation associated with delivering property to the location and in the condition necessary for its intended purpose, as well as the estimated cost of removal or lot reassembly.
If the useful life of a part of a tangible asset is different from the useful life of the asset itself, it is accounted for as a separate asset.
Value of gains or losses that occur at the removal of a tangible asset is determined as the difference between book value and net sale price. These gains or losses are recognized as non-operating expenses.
2) Subsequent Costs
Subsequent costs are removed from the total book value if they are part of or appropriate to the asset's original book value, and only when future economic benefits are likely to result from the property and can be measured with certainty. Costs related to routine repairs and maintenance are recognized as net gains or losses when they occur.
