hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, being the first Party hereto, and

hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, being the other Party hereto, both jointly referred to as the Parties, have signed this Agreement as follows:
1. Subject of the Agreement
Pursuant to this Agreement the Lessor shall rent to the Lessee, subject to payment, the apartment the Lessor owns.
The Apartment is located at the following address: _______________.
This Apartment is owned by the Lessor on the basis of contract of purchase, registration _______________, dated __________________________________________.
Description of the Apartment:

2. Rights and Obligations of the Lessor
2.1. The Lessor shall provide the Аpartment complete with fittings and furnishings listed in Attachment 2 in working condition within 3 days after signing of the Agreement.
Both Parties shall acknowledge the transfer of the Apartment by signing the Apartment Transfer-Acceptance Protocol as stipulated in Attachment 3 to this Agreement.
2.2. The Lessor guarantees that at the time of signing of this Agreement the Apartment is not under arrest or burden with lease, rent, pledge or other encumbrance.
The Lessor guarantees that at the time of signing of this Agreement the Lessor is not aware of any claims or liabilities that may influence future lease.
2.3. The Lessor shall not impede the Lessee’s lawful use of the Apartment.
2.4. The Lessor shall provide technical maintenance of the Apartment and installed equipment.
2.5. The Lessor shall pay for all the public utilities during the term of Lease Agreement, excluding electric power and water consumption bills by meter, long distance and international phone calls, from tel. number ( )_____-__________.
2.6. The Lessor shall have the right to visit the apartment 1 time per a month and make external examination of the Apartment.
2.7. In case the Lessor visits the Apartment the Lessor shall inform the Lessee 1 day prior to the visit.
2.8. In case the Apartment, its furniture, equipment and/or adjoining premises are damaged, the Lessor shall have the right to deduct from the security deposit the amount covering such damage agreed upon with the Lessee in writing
2.9. The Lessor shall accept from the Lessee the Apartment, all equipment and furniture (in compliance with Attachment 2 hereof), within 3 days from the moment this Agreement is terminated.
Execution of an appropriate Transfer-Acceptance Protocol shall acknowledge the transfer of the Apartment, all equipment and furniture from the Lessee to the Lessor.

Арендодатель гарантирует, что на момент заключения настоящего Договора, ему не известно о наличии претензий со стороны третьих лиц.
2.3. Не чинить препятствий Арендатору в правомерном пользовании Квартирой.
2.4. Осуществлять техобслуживание Квартиры и оборудования в ней.
2.5. Оплачивать все коммунальные услуги в период аренды за исключением счетов за электроэнергию и воду по счетчикам, а также оплаты междугородних и международных телефонных переговоров, осуществленных с телефона ( ) _____-_________.
2.6. Арендодатель имеет право 1 раз в месяц посещать Квартиру и производить внешний осмотр ее состояния.
2.7. В случае посещения Квартиры Арендодатель обязан заблаговременно предупредить Арендатора за 24 часа.
2.8. В случае нанесения ущерба Квартире, мебели, оборудованию и/или прилегающим помещениям, Арендодатель имеет право удержать, согласованную с Арендатором в письменной форме, сумму ущерба из страхового депозита.
2.9. По окончании срока аренды принять от Арендатора Квартиру, мебель и оборудование (согласно Приложению 2), не позднее 3 дней с момента прекращения настоящего Договора.
Передача Квартиры, мебели и оборудования от Арендатора к Арендодателю будет оформлена соответствующим Актом Приема-Передачи.

If you go to the first date to the restaurant, there are some things to know. First of all, you should let a man who invited you choose aperitifs. Don’t order the most expensive dishes, but at the same time you shouldn’t choose the cheapest one. Keep the golden mean!
The second rule is to avoid hard-to-eat dishes such as shellfish or oysters. Spaghetti is also not right choice. They are hardly controlled and eaten with elegance. And don’t forget that the dishes with garlic can kill the atmosphere of the first kiss.
After all there are some basic rules like using a fork and a knife. Speaking with your full mouth doesn’t give the best effect. And don’t show that you are very hungry. You go to the restaurant to talk and flirt with a man you like. You don’t go there to stuff when someone pays for you.
And the last one is that you should not criticize the place or the service. Remember you are a nice woman who wants to spend a pleasant evening.

Если вы идете на первое свидание в ресторан, есть кое-что, что нужно знать. Прежде всего, вы должны позволить мужчине, который пригласил вас, самому выбрать для вас аперитивы. Не заказывайте самые дорогие блюда, но в то же время не следует выбирать самые дешевые. Придерживайтесь золотой середины!
Второе правило — избегать блюд, которые будет не так просто съесть: моллюски или устрицы. Спагетти также не станут правильным выбором. С ними трудно управиться и невозможно есть изящно. Не забывайте, что блюда с добавлением чеснока могут убить атмосферу первого поцелуя.
В конце концов, есть некоторые основные правила, такие как умение пользоваться ножом и вилкой. Говорить с полным ртом также производит не самый лучший эффект. И не показывайте, что вы очень голодны. Source text - English Danger of the plastic waste
Every year more than 300 million tons of plastic are not recycled. The consequences for the nature are very serious, especially for the oceans. According to the American magazine ‘Science’ the oceans contain more than 110 million tons of plastic waste.
Whole islands are covered by waste, such as Henderson Island. It is situated in the South Pacific Ocean. There is 17 million tons of waste accumulated near the island.
Apart from the aesthetic inconvenience, this waste threatens animals and birds. These are a half of the seabirds and at least 200 species of fish, crustaceans and mammals living in the oceans. The main danger and harm is that they confuse this waste with the food.
Earlier the explorers discovered deserted islands with the beaches of fine sand. But what will the explorers find in a future? If a future person discovers an island, there is a great probability that this island will be made only by plastic waste.
Каждый год более 300 миллионов тонн пластмассы не перерабатываются. Последствия этого для природы очень серьезны, особенно для океанов. По данным американского журнала “Science”, в океанах содержится более 110 миллионов тонн пластиковых отходов.
Целые острова покрыты отходами, такие как остров Хендерсон. Он расположен в южной части Тихого океана. На острове около 17 миллионов тонн отходов.
Помимо эстетических неудобств, эти отходы угрожают животным и птицам. Это половина морских птиц и, по меньшей мере, 200 видов рыб, ракообразных и млекопитающих, обитающих в океанах. Главная опасность и вред в том, что они путают эти отходы с пищей.
Раньше исследователи обнаруживали пустынные острова с пляжами из мелкого песка. Но что найдут исследователи в будущем? Если человек будущего обнаружит остров, велика вероятность, что остров будет весь создан лишь из пластиковых отходов.
