Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsik saham. Nilai intrinsik dapat digunakan sebagai dasar keputusan investasi saham biasa. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsik saham adalah melalui valuasi menggunakan analisis fundamental. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Discounted Cash Flow dan Relative Valuation. Valuasi harga saham dengan pendekatan Discounted Cash Flow dilakukan dengan cara mendiskontokan arus kas masa depan menjadi nilai sekarang. Valuasi harga saham dengan pendekatan Relative Valuation dapat dilakukan dengan membuat proyeksi Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan emiten yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 tahun 2006 - 2011. Hasil valuasi kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga pasar untuk mengetahui apakah harga sama emiten terpilih overvalue atau undervalue.

The objective of this research is to know intrinsic value of share. Intrinsic value can be used as base of taking decision over regular share investment. One of the methods to know intrinsic value of share is through valuation using fundamental analysis. The approach which is used Discounted Cash Flow and Relative Valuation applied by adjusting future cash flow to become current value. Valuation of share with approach of Relative Valuation can be performed by making the projection Earning Per Share and Price Earnings Ratio. This research use companies that listed in LQ 45 index year 2006 – 2011. The result of valuation then will be compared with market price to find out either is the chosen company share value is overvalue or undervalue.

Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka lebih memberikan kepastian usaha dan iklim yang kondusif dalam pengusahaan panas bumi, perlu mengubah Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 11 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman penyelengaraan Kegiatan Usaha Panas Bumi;

Menetapkan : PERATURAN MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS PERATURAN MENTERI ENERGI DAN SUMBER DAYA MINERAL NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENYELENGGARAAN KEGIATAN USAHA PANAS BUMI.
Pasal I
Beberapa ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 11 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman penyelenggaraan Kegiatan Usaha Panas Bumi, diubah sebagai berikut:

Considering: a. that in order to provide certainty in business/business certainty and condusive climate in geothermal exploitation, it is deemed necessary to amend Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 11 Year 2009 on Guidelines on the Implementation/Management of Geothermal Business Activities;
b. that based on the consideration as cited in letter a/as referred to under/ as aforesaid in letter a, it is deemed necessary to enact Minister of Energy and Mineral Resourecs Regulation to amend Minister of Energy and Minreal Resorces Regu;ation No. 11 Year 2009 on Guidelines on the Imlementation of Geothermal Business Activitie.

The second stage of labour is a time when the whole tempo of activity changes. The mother's passive control during the long hours of the first stage is replaced by intense physical effort and exertion for a comparatively short period. Both parents require stamina, courage and confidence in the skill of the attendant midwife. Excitement and expectation mount as the birth becomes imminent. A happy outcome will depend upon a successful partnership between professionals and parents. A mother will never forget the midwife who delivered her baby.
PHYSIOLOGICAL CHANGES
The second stage of labour begins when the cervix is fully dilated and ends with the baby's birth. A knowledge of the physiological processes and of the actual mechanism of delivery forms the basis for determining midwifery care.
The physiological changes result from a continuation of the same forces which have been at work during the first stage of labour but activity is accelerated once the cervix has become fully dilated. This acceleration, however, does not occur abruptly. There may be a lull before the woman experiences the full expUlsive nature of the second stage contractions. Uterine action
Contractions become stronger and longer but may be less frequent, affording mother and fetus recovery period during the resting phase. There is continued, progressive contraction and retraction of the upper uterine segment while the lower segment and cervix passively dilate and thin. The membranes often rupture spontaneously at the onset of the second stage. rIlle consequent drainage of liquor allows the hard, round fetal head to be directly applied to the vaginal tissues and aid distension. Fetal axis pressure increases flexion of the head which results in smaller presenting diameters, more rapid progress and less trauma to both mother and fetus.
The nature of the contractions changes. They become more expulsive as pressure is exerted on the rectum and the pelvic floor. The mother feels a compelling urge to push. This reflex may initially be controlled to a limited extent but becomes increasingly compulsive, overwhelming and involuntary during each contraction. The mother's response is to employ her secondary powers of expulsion by contracting her abdominal muscles and diaphragm.
Soft tissue displacement
As the hard fetal he"d descends, the soft tissues of the pelvis become displaced. Anteriorly, the bladder is pushed upwards into the abdomen where it is at less risk of injury during fetal descent. This results in the stretching and thinning of the urethra so that ite, lumen is reduced. Posteriorly, the rectum becomes flattened into the sacral curve and the pressure of the advancing head expels any residual faecal matter. The levator ani muscles dilate, thin out and are displaced laterally and the perineal body is flattened, stretched and thinned. The fetal head becomes visible at the vulva, advancing with each contraction and receding during the resting phase until crowning takes place and the head is born. The shoulders and body follow with the next contraction, accompanied by a gush of amniotic fluid. The second stage culminates in the birth of the baby.
Recognition of the commencement of the second stage of labour
The transition from the first to the second stage is not always clinically apparent. Several of the signs are presumptive and not a reliable index that this stage has been reached. Nevertheless the midwife should be able to diagnose the onset of the second stage of labour. The purpose is not to impose a time limit on its duration but to conserve maternal energy and minimise the avoidable soft tissue trauma caused by premature pushing.
Presumptive signs and differential diagnoses
Expulsive uterine contractions. It is possible for a woman to feel a strong desire to push before the cervix is fully dilated, especially if the fetus is in an occipitoposterior position, the rectum is full or the woman is highly parous.
Rupture of the forewaters. This may occur at any time during labour.
Dilatation and gaping of the anus. Deep engagement of the presenting part and premature maternal effort may produce this sign during the latter part of the first stage.
Appearance of the presenting part. Excessive moulding may result in the formation of a large caput succedaneum which can protrude through the cervix prior to full dilatation. Similarly a breech presentation may be visible when the cervix is only 7-8 em dilated.
Show. This must be distinguished from bleeding due to partial separation of the placenta or that caused by ruptured vasa praevia.
Congestion of the vulva. Enthusiastic premature pushing may also cause this.
The appearance of several presumptive signs may indicate that the second stage of labour has been reached.
Confirmatory evidence This is only available when no cervical rim can be felt on vaginal examination. Although,h the midwife should be reluctant to perform repeated vaginal examinations she should conduct the delivery on the basis of accurate observation and assessment of progress.

Tahap kedua persalinan adalah waktu ketika seluruh tempo perubahan aktivitas. Pengendalian pasif ibu selama berjam-jam pada tahap pertama akan diganti dengan upaya fisik yang intens dan tenaga untuk jangka waktu yang relatif singkat. Kedua orang tua membutuhkan stamina, keberanian dan kepercayaan pada keterampilan para bidan yang perparisipasi. Kegembiraan dan harapan saat kelahiran menjelang. Sebuah akhir yang bahagia akan tergantung pada kerjasama antara para ahli dan orang tua. Seorang ibu tidak akan pernah melupakan bidan yang membantu melahirkan bayi-nya.
PERUBAHAN FISIOLOGIS
Tahap kedua persalinan dimulai bila servik berdilatasi penuh dan berakhir dengan kelahiran bayi. Sebuah pengetahuan tentang proses fisiologis dan mekanisme yang sebenarnya bentuk persalinan dasar untuk menentukan perawatan kebidanan.
Hasil perubahan fisiologis dari kelanjutan dari kekuatan-kekuatan yang sama yang telah bekerja selama tahap pertama dari persalinan tetapi aktivitas dipercepat setelah leher rahim telah sepenuhnya melebar. Percepatan ini, bagaimanapun, tidak terjadi tiba-tiba. Mungkin ada jeda sebelum wanita mengalami expulsi alami pada kontraksi tahap kedua.

Sifat dasar dari perubahan kontraksi. Mereka menjadi lebih ekspulsi sebagai tekanan yang diberikan pada rektum dan otot panggul. Sang ibu merasa suatu dorongan memaksa untuk mendorong. Refleks ini awalnya mungkin dikontrol sampai batas tertentu, tetapi menjadi semakin kompulsif, berlebihan dan dipaksa selama masing-masing kontraksi. Tanggapan ibu adalah untuk menggunakan kekuatan sekunder nya pengusiran oleh otot-otot perut dan diafragma.
Pemindahan jaringan lunak
Karena kepala janin sulit turun, jaringan lunak pelvis menjadi tergeser. Di anterior, kandung kemih didorong ke atas ke dalam perut di mana yang berisiko cedera lebih sedikit selama turunnya janin. Hal ini menyebabkan peregangan dan penipisan uretra sehingga lumen berkurang. Di posterior, rektum menjadi datar ke dalam kurva sacral dan tekanan dari kepala yang bergerak maju menggeser segala sisa kotoran. Otot levator ani yang melebar, tipis keluar dan dipindahkan secara lateral dan tubuh perineal diratakan, meregang dan ditipiskan. Kepala janin menjadi terlihat pada vulva, maju bersama dengan setiap kontraksi dan mundur selama fase istirahat sampai ubun-ubun pada posisinya dan kepala lahir. Bahu dan ikuti tubuh dengan kontraksi berikutnya, disertai dengan semburan cairan ketuban. Tahap kedua berpuncak pada kelahiran bayi.
Pengenalan permulaan tahap kedua persalinan
Peralihan dari pertama ke tahap kedua tidak selalu tampak secara klinis. Beberapa dari tanda-tanda dugaan dan bukan indeks terpercaya bahwa tahap ini sudah tercapai.. Namun demikian bidan harus dapat mendiagnosis tahap kedua persalinan. Tujuannya bukan untuk menerapkan batas waktu durasi tetapi untuk menghemat energi ibu dan meminimalkan luka jaringan lunak yang disebabkan oleh dorongan prematur.
Tanda dugaan dan diagnosis yang berbeda
Kontraksi rahim expulsive. Adalah mungkin bagi seorang wanita untuk merasakan keinginan yang kuat untuk mendorong sebelum leher rahim berdilatasi penuh, terutama jika janin berada dalam posisi occipitoposterior, rektum penuh atau wanita sangat parous.
Pecahnya ketuban. Hal ini dapat terjadi setiap saat selama persalinan.
Dilatasi dan ruang anus. Dilatasi dan menganga anus. Keterlibatan mendalam tentang bagian presentasi dan upaya maternal prematur dapat menghasilkan tanda ini selama bagian akhir dari tahap pertama.
Munculnya bagian presentasi. Cetakan berlebihan dapat mengakibatkan pembentukan caput succedaneum besar yang dapat menonjol melalui serviks sebelum dilatasi penuh. Demikian pula presentasi sungsang dapat terlihat ketika serviks 7-8 cm dilatasi..
Tampilkan. Ini harus dibedakan dari pendarahan karena pemisahan sebagian dari plasenta atau yang disebabkan oleh vasa previa pecah.
Penyumbatan vulva. Antusias mendorong prematur mungkin juga menyebabkan hal ini.
Munculnya tanda-tanda beberapa dugaan dapat menunjukkan bahwa tahap kedua persalinan telah tercapai.
Bukti konfirmasi
Ini hanya tersedia bila tidak ada bibir serviks dapat dirasakan pada pemeriksaan vagina. Meskipun bidan harus segan untuk melakukan pengulanganpemeriksaan vagina dia harus menjalankan persalinan atas dasar observasi yang akurat dan evaluasi perkembangan.
