Depending on the grid voltage phase angle and generator output, a target value for the current to be fed is generated. Three-phase current is then generated according to this target value with the power available in the DC link. This target value is compared to the actual current flow (actual value) every 100 μs and corrected in the event of deviations. The current fed is sinusoidal and largely free of disruptive harmonic oscillations. A high frequency filter reduces harmonics. No significant flicker emissions occur. Momentary current peaks are excluded with this converter technology.

В зависимост от фазовия ъгъл на напрежението в мрежата и произведената от генератора енергия, се генерира целева стойност за тока, който да бъде подаван в мрежата. След това трифазовият ток се генерира въз основа на тази целева стойност чрез мощността, налична в правотоковата връзка. Тази целева стойност се сравнява с действителния електрически поток (действителната стойност) на всеки 100 μs и в случай на отклонение се коригира. Подаваният ток е синусоиден и до голяма степен изчистен от разрядни хармонични трептения. Високочестотен филтър допълнително намалява хармониците. Не се генерират значителни трептения. Кратковременните върхови токове са изключени при тази конверторна технология.

• If the in-situ soil is not suitable for backfilling, a fill soil, which does not soften and tend to reduce density due to cyclic interference, resulting from alternating loads, has to be chosen. Furthermore, it has to be determined how the fill soil can be compacted and how compaction may be tested.
• If the site is located in an earthquake zone, the relevant horizontal acceleration and the soiltype have to be specified.
• Cavities, depressions, fault zones and crevasses in rocks, bogland and dead ice areas in unconsolidated sediments shall be determined in karst areas by means of adequate measurements (e.g. geoelectrical methods).

• В случай, че почвата на терена не е подходяща за обратен насип, следва да бъде осигурена насипна почва, която не омеква и не намалява плътността си при циклични влияния, възникващи в резултат на променливо натоварване. Освен това се определя и начинът на трамбоване на насипната почва, и методът на изпитване на уплътняването.
• В случай, че обектът се намира в зона със сеизмична активност, следва да бъде определено съответното хоризонтално разпространение и типа почва.
• Кухини, вдлъбнатини, разломни участъци и пукнатини в скали, заблатени зони и зони с неподвижни ледове, в неуплътнени седименти следва да бъдат установени в карстовите зони посредством подходящи измервания (напр. геоелектрични методи).

Както бе посочено и по-горе законодателят урежда привилегия за енергийните обекти по чл. 24 от Закона за енергията от възобновяеми източници, като за тях не се прилага процедурата за присъединяване по чл. 23 и независимо от одобрените от Комисията мощности преносното и разпределителните предприятия не могат да откажат присъединяването им. При сключване на окончателни и предварителни договори за присъединяване трябва да се отчитат нуждите за балансиране на електроенергийната система. Както е записано и в десетгодишният план за развитие на електропреносната мрежа на Р. България във връзка с присъединяване на ВЕИ, от гледна точка на управление на електроенергийната система, препоръчително е стимулирането на изграждане и присъединяване на ВЕЦ и Био ЕЦ, доколкото те могат да бъдат диспечирани съобразно нуждите на електроенергийната система и да служат като регулиращи мощности.
Translation - English Resolution of the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission
As it was already mentioned above, the legislator provides privilege to the energy facilities under art. 24 of the Energy from Renewable Sources Act, since for these the procedure for connection specified in art. 23 is not applied, and notwithstanding the capacities approved by the Commission, the transmission and the distribution companies cannot reject their connection. The needs for balancing the energy system shall be taken into account upon conclusion of final and preliminary contracts for connection. As specified in the ten-year Plan for Development of the Transmission Network of the Republic of Bulgaria, with regard to the connection of RES, from the point of view of the energy system management, it is recommended to stimulate the construction and connection of hydro power plants and bio power plants, since they can be controlled in compliance with the needs of the energy system and be used as balancing capacities.
