Activitatea societatii comerciale: activitatea principala desfasurata de catre imprumutat (care are cea mai mare pondere in Cifra de afaceri)
CUI - numarul de inregistrare la Registrul Comertului;
Cod CAEN: codul specific al activitatii principale a clientului;
Adresa – phone : adresa clientului si nr de telefon;
Rating: conform valorii rezultate din evaluarea performantei financiare (Rating X)
Scopul: motivul propunerii de credit (ex.: o noua limita pentru societatea X, pentru capital circulant, cresterea facilitatii X pentru societatea Y, analiza anuala& reinnoirea facilitatii X, prelungirea facilitatii X, modificarea garantiilor aferente facilitatii X pentru societatea Y, etc.);
Clasa de risc: se completeaza in functie de garantiile aduse la facilitatile solicitate
Risc neacoperit de garantii: se trece valoarea riscurilor neacoperite de garantii (diferenta intre valorea facilitatii si valoarea ajustata a garantiilor)

Perioada de gratie: numai pentru creditele care se ramburseaza in rate; se mentioneaza perioada de gratie, daca este cazul
Perioada de utilizare: in cazul in care creditul nu se trage intr-o singura transa ci in mai multe; se va mentiona perioada in care creditul poate fi tras
Rambursarea: numai pentru creditele ramburseaza in rate; se va mentiona numarul de rate de rambursat, frecventa, suma ratei lunare/trimestriale
Rata dobanzii: rata dobânzii
Comisioane: tipul si procentul/suma comisionului, modalitatea de plata (flat, anual, trimestrial, lunar);
Collateral: se vor mentiona garantiile care sunt reprezentate de:
a) cash collateral (se va mentiona suma si contul in care sunt blocati, gradul de acoperire);
b) scrisoare de garantie bancara (se va mentiona suma si banca emitenta);
