Source text - English 3.3 Interface
3.3.1 Mechanical i̇nstallati̇on (ducts, openings)
Ducts should be laid and extended without tension.
The duct for the dust/gas mixture is referred to as the raw gas duct and should be connected to the housing.
The pipe for the cleaned process gas is referred to as clean gas duct and should be connected to the upper part or the top of the housing.
All pipes should be connected in an electrically conductive way for the safety measure of "avoiding effective ignition sources".
Design
The ducts should be laid tight and as to allow proper flow (straight ducts with little changes in direction).
The ductwork need to be installed without load forces at the connection flanges (please use separate supports)
Interfaces
The interfaces are illustrated in the drawing in Section 7.
Dimensioning
The duct for dust transport should be sized so that the flow rate prevents dust from depositing ("grinding marks" at the lower part of the duct).
In case of sticky dust, accumulation of dust everywhere at the pipe walls cannot be ruled out. These accumulations should be removed by regular cleaning.
Inspection openings
Inspection openings should be provided for the control of the ducts for e.g. accretions, accumulations.
Close all openings (inspection lids, doors etc.)
All inspection openings should be closed with the respective lids before the operation.
All doors should be closed before the operation. To this end, the rotary knobs should be tightened by hand, or if long nuts are used, they should be hand-screwed with an open-end wrench. During the operation, the lids and the doors are sucked in tight due to the self-adjusting vacuum. All lids or door(s) should be checked and tightened again by hand.

A throttle valve should be installed in the duct for adjusting the flow rate.
Herding COMP series filter unit:
An inspection opening should be installed in the clean gas duct.
Filter unit with fire protection:
No additional shut-off valves should be installed in the raw and clean gas duct for the intended shut-off.
Filter systems with “spiral hoses” for the transportation of dust / air mixtures:
Mixtures of dust and air can be transported in spiral hoses. The friction generated by the bulk goods on the hose walls creates an electrostatic charge. This charge must be discharged in a controlled way to ensure that the system can be operated safely.
The metal spiral of the hose must be earthed at both ends.
Assembly and earthing
- Strip and expose the metal spiral (3) of the spiral hose (2) for a distance of approx. 10 mm
- Push the spiral hose (2) on to the section of pipe (1)
- Secure the spiral hose (2) mechanically to the section of pipe (1) using a worm drive hose clip (4)
- Secure the earth cable (5) to the exposed metal spiral (3) with a permanent and conductive connection
- Secure the earth cable(5) to the pipe section (1) with a permanent and conductive connection
- Include the pipe section (1) in the site earth system (6) with a permanent and conductive connection.

3.3.2 Electricity
The delivered commodity control panel should not control any other machine.
Electrical safety
If electrical equipment is used, inter alia, the Low Voltage Directive of the European Union shall apply. The resulting claims of EN 60204 (e.g. tests for connection of the protective bonding circuit systems, insulation resistance tests, stress tests, tests for residual stresses) should be implemented.
Interfaces
The interfaces are illustrated in the circuit diagram in Section 8.
Electric motors
The voltage and frequency values can be found on the circuit diagram and/or the type plate. Furthermore, the cross-section of the line must be adapted to the nominal current.
Protective devices must be fitted and/or connected prior to commissioning to avoid thermal overload.
Refer to the information on the rotary field or the rotation direction! Check the rotation direction of the motors!
CAUTION: The fitted motors should not be started repeatedly. The motor should be cooled down before it is started again to avoid overloading or overheating.
Cleaning valves
The voltage and power values of the magnets should comply with the technical data of the control device.
The values for cleaning, i.e. pulse and interval time, are provided in Section 1.
An additional relay should be used for switching valves to be used for controlling any PLC designed with a current carrying capacity lower than the current consumption of the valves. In that case, pulse time should be increased

Protection systems (fire and explosion protection equipment)
Electrical equipment used to control or evaluate protection systems (fire and explosion protection equipment) should be provided with a separate power supply line.

Перед началом эксплуатации закрыть все двери. Для этого вручную закрутить вращающиеся ручки. В конструкциях с длинными гайками закрутить ручки вручную при помощи гаечного ключа. Во время эксплуатации установки крышки и двери подтягиваются по причине пониженного давления. Еще раз проверить все крышки и дверь (двери) и еще раз вручную закрутить ручки.
Для транспортировки пылевоздушных смесей можно использовать спиральные шланги. Трение сыпучего материала о стенки шланга приводит к образованию электростатического заряда. Для безопасной эксплуатации требуется контролируемый отвод этого заряда.
Металлическую спираль шланга необходимо заземлить с обеих сторон!
Монтаж и заземление
- Удалить изоляцию с металлической спирали (3) спирального шланга (2) на отрезке примерно 10 мм и освободить конец спирали.
- Надвинуть спиральный шланг (2) на трубу (1).
- Механически закрепить спиральный шланг (2) на трубе (1) при помощи хомута с червячной резьбой (4).
- Надежно закрепить заземляющий кабель (5) на свободном конце металлической спирали (3) так, чтобы он мог проводить ток.
- Надежно закрепить заземляющий кабель (5) на трубе (1) так, чтобы он мог проводить ток.
- Надежно интегрировать трубу (1) в систему заземления заказчика (6) так, чтобы труба могла проводить ток.

LASERAPPLICATIONS
Laser machining usually generates extremely fine dusts and fumes during cutting and welding processes. The emissions can cause health hazards to the users, they can contaminate and damage the machine, the aggregates as well as the processed material. SPRING AND WIRE INDUSTRY
During the production of springs or wires, an optimum dust capturing as well as a constant cooling of the tools are the key factors to keep product quality constant. The high dust extraction capacity of the filter elements is equally as important as keeping the required air flow by constant pressure drops across the filter elements. The pure surface filtration with *** sinter-plate filters offers optimal conditions for constant operation.
COATING PROCESSES
During the coating process of parts and components as well as the coating of tablets or seeds, an exactly defined air volume is constantly sucked off from the coating process. This is necessary to capture generated over spray, prevent noxious matter from being released into the work space, protect the products and lose as little product as possible. Constant volume flow is decisive for a constantly high product quality such as coating thickness.
POLISHING OF STEELS
While polishing steel, e.g. bathroom armatures, not only very fine dusts arise but also inflammable materials. Sticky polishing paste may be mixed with the extracted dust. Also for this application the full option package is available in order to meet the requirements from process as well as from safety.

ПРОЦЕСС НАНЕСЕНИЯ ПОКРЫТИЯ

There are 1.74 million acres of Coastal redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) forests on California’s north coast. about 26 percent, or 450,000 acres of these forests are preserved in national, state and municipal parks, national monuments and other administratively withdrawn lands where harvesting is prohibited.
Of the remaining 1.29 million acres where harvesting can take place, approximately 1.03 million acres (80 percent) are currently being well managed according to independent third-party certification programs.
Forestcertificationprovidesconsumerswithassurance that the redwood products they purchase have been harvested in an environmentally sound manner.
The basic tenets of certification programs include:
• sustainable forestry
• prompt reforestation
• protection of water quality
• enhancement of wildlife habitat
• minimizing the visual impact of harvesting
• protection of unique sites
• improvements in wood utilization
WOOD OF CHOICE FOR WINE STORAGE
Redwood has the least volumetric shrinkage of any commercial domestic wood; therefore, it can be subjected to considerably more change in moisture before it has the same change in dimensions as other commercial species. This means that projects manufactured with redwood will be much less subject to open joints, warping, cupping, splitting and other defects associated with dimensional change.
Redwood heartwood has grown-in resistance to decay and insects that is present throughout the lumber, not just on the surface. The wood exposed through sawing, boring or nailing is as decay-resistant as the surface.
Redwood has an open-celled structure and contains little or no pitch or resins. This enables redwood to absorb and retain all types of finishes extremely well.
Performance is more than durability. Redwood has qualities not found in other woods. Redwood performance characteristics include resistance to shrinking, warping and checking in addition to durability. This means redwood projects age beautifully.
