Bio
Hi and thank you for reading!
I'm starting out my freelance career right now, although I have worked translation jobs infrequently in the past few years. Between beginning my translation studies and now I've been working in miscellaneous roles, mostly in manufacturing. Currently my title is Quality Coordinator and this role has educated me a lot on the subjects of manufacturing, plastics, international communication, auditing, as well as international standards 9001, 14001, and 13485. During the last year I've developed a not-so-secret, blossoming infatuation for the International Organization for Standardization.
My interests are wide and varied, and I kind of wish I could've stayed in school forever. In the recent years I've dabbled in mechanical engineering (which ultimately wasn't my destiny), machine operating and mechanics, automation and robotics, and last year I started to learn coding. Any fellow Python lovers reading this? As such, I've become a jack of all trades, master of none - which is actually fine to me.
Any kind of potential job is interesting to me, and I hope you'll want to take a chance on me. I'm hardworking and fastidious, but please note that my schedule is not always very flexible. Short term and long term projects are both appealing to me.
