प्रार्थी / वादी की ओर से 25 मई 2017 को दिया गया एक्स पार्टी डॉकेट (docket) इस दिन (दिनांक 20 जुलाई 2017 को) इस अदालत में, जो भी रिलीफ (reliefs) इस डॉकेट (docket) में मांगे गए हैं, की सुनवाई के लिए सामने आया.

इस न्यायलय ने यह आदेश दिया है कि,
1. यह आदेश कि एक प्रतिवादी को जो कि ज्युरिडिसन से बाहर बी – ………………………………………., नई दिल्ली – 1100… के पते पर रहते हैं को इस न्यायलय के नियमों के अनुसार, इन (अदालत की) कार्यवाहियों के बारे में नोटिस ईस्यु - जारी करने की तथा सर्व करने – तामील कराने की आज्ञा दी जाती है ; साथ साथ सभी निवेदनों / दलीलों और आदेशों का दूसरी प्रतिवादी की उसकी निजी स्थानीय भाषा हिन्दी में अनुवाद कर भेजने की आज्ञा देने का आदेश.
2. यह आदेश कि बंद कमरे में (इन कैमरा) सुनवाई किये जाने के नियम को हटा कर यह निर्देश है कि इन कार्यवाहियों की, निवेदनों / दलीलों और आदेशों सहित, सूचना अटोर्नी जनरल को, सर्किट कोर्ट रूल्स (संसोधित) के ऑर्डर 59 रूल 08 के अनुसार और सेक्सन 35, दि स्टेटस ऑफ चिल्ड्रेन्स एक्ट 1987 के अनुसार, दी जाये
