Source text - English We refer to the International Money Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) between yourselves and ABC Payment Systems Inc. (“ABC”). We write to advise that, as of 1 January 2017, ABC shall be subject to provisions of the Fourth Money Laundering Directive.
Consequently, ABC would like to remind you that you are required to comply with ABC’s own Policies & Procedures, which includes compliance with the record-keeping provisions as set out in the Policies & Procedures. For the avoidance of doubt, this requires all ABC Agents to maintain any and all records related to the provision of the Money Transfer Service for a period of no less than five (5) years, or longer as required by any legal requirement.
Where the terms of your Agreement with ABC in relation to such record-keeping provisions differ, this letter and the ABC Policies and Procedures shall prevail. Except as expressly amended, supplemented or modified as stated above, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Par conséquent, ABC tient à vous rappeler que vous êtes tenu de vous conformer aux politiques et procédures propres à ABC, ce qui inclut la conformité aux dispositions relatives à la tenue des registres telles que définies dans les politiques et procédures.
