Source text - English mportant - No Claim will be accepted during the first 15 days of activation, customer will be eligible to claim from 16th Day onwards.The insurer shall not be liable for:• Loss or damage to the Gadget due to mysterious circumstance/ disappearance or unexplained reason. • Loss of Gadget resulting from or caused by theft, or attempted theft from unlock vehicle or room. • Fraud or criminal activity on the part of the Insurer and the Customer. • Loss resulting from detention or confiscation by the customer or other government or public authority. • Any failure of Gadget to Operate as a result of problem with respect to the network infrastructure, Customer’s network subscription or similar service issue. • Loss arising due to any unlawful act or illegal activities including criminal act, or acts of war or the headset is used with permission of the Bonafide Customer having knowledge of that acts. • Consequential loss of any kind or description. • Loss or damage that is covered by supplier, dealer or factory warranty. • Any loss if the ownership of the gadget is transferred.• Loss or damage as a result of attack by unauthorized software/virus, software faults and manufacturing defect owing to which a gadget fails to operate.
