Many tools are used in AI, including versions of search and mathematical optimization, neural networks and methods based on statistics, probability and economics. The AI field draws upon computer science, mathematics, psychology, linguistics, philosophy and many others.
Translation - Korean 인공지능의 전통적인 연구 분야에는 추론 문제, 지식 표현 문제, 학습 문제, 자연어 처리 문제, 인지 문제, 물건이나 물체를 이동 또는 조작하는 문제 등이 포함되어 있다. 인공지능을 구현하는 방법으로는 통계적인 방법을 사용하는 방법, 컴퓨팅을 사용한 지능기술, 전통적으로 많이 사용 되었던 문자열 처리에 의한 인공지능 등이 있다. 인공지능에는 여러 가지 도구들이 사용되는데 다양한 최적화 방법이나 검색 방법, 인공신경망 활용, 통계적 이론을 활용한 방법, 확률이나 경제학적 이론을 기반으로 하는 방법 등이다. 인공지능 분야는 컴퓨터 과학, 수학, 심리학, 언어학, 철학 및 그 이외에 다양한 분야 학문을 바탕으로 형성된 연구 분야이다.

Source text - Korean 사람의 두뇌에는 약 1000억 개의 뇌 세포(뉴런)가 있다고 한다. 이들을 이용하여 눈에 보이는 물체가 무엇인지를 판별하고 두 수의 덧셈을 하며 현재 상태를 기반으로 다음에 일어날 상황을 예측하기도 한다. 이 같은 일들을 기계로 하여금 수행하도록 고안한 방법이 인공신경망이다.
Translation - English According to some estimates, there are about 100 billion neurons in the human brain. Using these neurons a man can recognize what are the objects that he sees through his eyes, he can add two numbers, and he can predict what will happen next in the near future based on what is happening now. Artificial neural network is a mechanism developed by scientists to make machines do these kind of things.

I lived about 13 years in the United States, including four years of working in a company in Chicago, Illinois. I taught College Mathematics classes for over 5 academic years as a graduate student and a year as Visiting professor. My written English may not be linguistically beautiful but it will carry the precise meaning carried in Korean language. Also, I can translate documents written in Korean to English in such a way that the correct meaning could be delivered to the reader in his first reading of the document.
