I am an experienced translator and writer with an M.A. in Sinology and Comparative Literature. My language-skills have grown quite naturally from my great passion for writing and the concept of written language itself. These skills allow me to translate a big variety of English, Mandarin Chinese, and French texts into German, all the while preserving not only the meaning, but also their original tone and style.
After having worked as a translator for a Chinese company doing international cultural exchange for about three years, I decided to become a real, more independent freelancer.
I am especially experienced with translating contracts, TV scripts, presentations, e-mails, and fictional prose.

I am also a writer and copywriter for blogs and web pages. My preferred topics are language, literature, and culture in general, as well as nature, sustainability, and environmental protection.
