Translation - Ukrainian Для аналізу динаміки змін показників ефективності лікування та стану здоров'я відносно базового рівня, буде використовуватися метод повторних проб, що своїм дизайном є подібним до методик аналізу первинної ефективності та коваріативного (ANCOVA) аналізу з фіксованими рівнями факторів призначеної терапії та дослідницької установи з показниками базового рівня в якості коваріати. Відмінності, спостережувані між групами терапії, серед пацієнтів, що відповідають критеріям наявності ремісії протягом принаймні 2 останніх візитів фази допоміжної терапії будуть аналізуватися за допомогою логістичної регресійної моделі, в якій група лікування та дослідницький центр є факторами, а загальний бал за шкалою MADRS – коваріатою. Відмінності в проявах відгуку на лікування та поширеності ремісії в різних групах лікування аналізуватиметься методом псевдоправдоподібності в повторних пробах з використанням інструмента GLIMMIX програмного пакету SAS. Source text - English Let me first explain why XXX® is strong on sealing:
You spoke about the importance of hemostasis and your need for strong and reliable vessel sealing.
Compression is one of the key factors required for strong and consistent hemostasis. Unlike your
current energy device, XXX® has a feature called the YYY,® which travels from the proximal
end to the distal tip, bringing the upper and lower jaws into near parallel configuration. This provides
high uniform compression throughout the entire length of the jaw.
Other advanced bipolar devices typically rely on a spring system. With other devices, distal end
compression can be a limiting physical factor in the compression of thick tissue. XXX ® ZZZ delivers more than 2.5 times the compression at the distal tip than LigaSure Impact™3 and also
provides higher average compression throughout the length of the jaw than LigaSure Impact™ and
LigaSure Atlas.™4 It seals vessels consistently, and it produces seals that withstand burst pressures up
to seven times normal systolic pressure.5
Let me now explain why XXX® is gentle on tissue:
First, the temperature is controlled at the tissue interface. A polymer compound within the jaw uses Positive
Temperature Coefficient (PTC) technology to modulate energy flow. This helps XXX® maintain a constant
temperature of approximately 100°C. XXX® also results in minimal tissue sticking, charring and smoke.
Second, the advanced jaw design with offset electrodes helps to contain energy flow within the jaws. Other
bipolar devices have simple positive and negative electrodes, which may allow energy to spread into
surrounding tissue. The XXX® ZZZ produces an average lateral thermal spread of about 1mm.
Lastly, XXX® ZZZ is gentle on tissue because it sticks less compared to LigaSure Impact,™ as
XXX® ZZZ has a lower average force to remove tissue from the jaws.

Graduated from the Physics faculty of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University in 2005 (Master's degree). For the several years following graduation I changed a few occupations, most of them involving geophysics research for Ukrainian and Australian governments' Antarctic programs.
Year 2011 was a big turn as I found myself quite interested in translation aspect (at first) and then in clinical trials at their whole. For several years I worked for one translation agency, then for one CRO, and great many clients altogether.
In 2017 I quit CT area and, together with two friends, opened a bar in Kyiv. Having led the bar to the autonomous operation, now I look forward to translation/editing opportunities as a freelancer.
My current professional interests also include subtitling and translation of scripts for dubbing.
