 I studied Social welfare in undergraduate and have BA degree. Also I studied one year of Master program in Social welfare and policy in Pusan National University in South Korea. Since I moved to USA, I have been worked in different fields as English-Korean or Korean -English interpreter. I was working  at social science research company as a Korean interpreter , public Library as children section media Tech. Also I got  property appraiser licence, and got a financial licence.( security license.)  When I was working as a finance adviser, I was asked to work as a interpreter  for Korean community when local banks conducted conference . 

 And I had worked for a non profit organization for North Korean refugees for 5 years. During that time, I used to attend to State Department, UNHCR, and other private organizations as a translator or interpreter for North Korean Refugees. I did translator work for them different occasions such as opening bank account, visiting doctor office, applying for driver licence, meeting with immigration lawyer, refugee settlement agency meeting, attending courts, buying car, dealing with insurance agency , and school,etc. as well. 

 Also, I have been dealing with health care setting for 5 years as interpreter for North Korean refugees. I went ER setting, surgery, and health care conference as an interpreter.

 Through my life experience, Interpreting and translating are always with me and I really enjoy doing those work.
