Source text - English Pricing. Microsoft’s prices for Products are available at the Portal, or any other website designated by Microsoft
that includes price lists. Microsoft may provide notice of price changes to Company through the Portal or
electronic or physical mail or facsimile. For price increases, Microsoft will provide Company with not less than 30
days’ notice.
b. Ordering. Company will submit orders to Microsoft on a regular basis. Company should review the Program
Guide for complete information about the ordering process. The Program Guide outlines how to order Products
from Microsoft. Microsoft can only provide Products to Customers within specific geographic regions. As a result,
Company must sign an Agreement with the appropriate Microsoft entity for the Territory in which Company’s
Customers are located.
c. Delivery of Products. Microsoft will provision the Products based on the Customer information provided by
Company. Company must provide Customers with the administrative log in credentials Microsoft provides for
accessing the applicable Product. Upon receipt and acceptance of a valid order for Products, Microsoft will
provision the Product for the benefit of the applicable Customer.
Microsoft may send direct communications to Customers related to the terms of the Customer Agreement or the
operation or delivery of the Product. Company must provide Microsoft with accurate contact information for the
administrator of each Customer domain. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide
information that is accurate and current.
d. Credit Worthiness and Collection Guidelines. Company will decide whether to extend credit to its Customers.
A Customer’s failure to pay Company will not relieve Company of its payment obligations to Microsoft.
Translation - Russian a. Ценообразование. Цены, установленные Microsoft на Продукты, указаны на Портале или на иных веб-сайтах, которые сообщены Microsoft и на которых размещены прайс-листы. Microsoft вправе уведомить Компанию об изменении цен через Портал, электронную или обычную почту, а также по факсу. В случае повышения цен, Microsoft направляет Компании соответствующее уведомление не менее чем за 30 дней до внесения соответствующих изменений.
b. Размещение заказов. Компания регулярно направляет заказы Microsoft. Компании необходимо изучить Руководство в целях получения информации и процессе размещения заказов. В Руководстве описан процесс заказа Продуктов в Microsoft. Microsoft может поставлять Продукцию только тем Клиентам, которые расположены в определенных географических регионах. Вследствие чего, Компания обязуется подписать Соглашение с организацией, уполномоченной Microsoft на совершение операций на Территории, в пределах которой расположен Клиент.
c. Доставка Продуктов. Microsoft осуществляет поставку Продуктов на основании Информации о клиентах, предоставленной Компанией. Компания должна предоставить Клиенту учетную запись администратора в приложениях, которые используются Microsoft для обеспечения доступа к соответствующим Продуктам. После получения и приемки действительного заказа Продуктов Microsoft предоставит такие Продукты соответствующему Клиенту.
Microsoft вправе рассылать информационные сообщения Клиентам на основании условий Клиентского соглашения или условий эксплуатации или доставки Продуктов. Компания должна предоставить Microsoft точную контактную информацию, необходимую для работы администратора каждого Клиентского домена. Компания приложит все экономически обоснованные усилия для того, чтобы предоставлять точную и актуальную информацию.
d. Кредитоспособность и правила взыскания задолженности. Компания принимает решение о том, следует ли продлевать срок кредитования своих Клиентов. Невыплата каких-либо сумм Клиентом в пользу Компании не освобождает Компанию от ее платежных обязательств по отношению к Microsoft.

My name is Natalia and I am a professional legal translator.
I always knew that my path would be connected with foreign languages. First, I studied at the Department of International Relations with a focus on English and French, and then I purposefully chose Translation in the field of professional communications as my second education.
I started doing translations when I was studying at the first University. My graduation paper is a unique material, fully translated from English and French.
Then I started working as a translator in small agencies in my hometown (Voronezh). I gradually realized that I wanted to work remotely, on a freelance basis, because I am most productive and focused on work this way.
Thanks to my first education in International Relations, I chose the main areas of translation – law and finance, both Russian and international. I have a deep knowledge of different areas of law (civil, family, banking, arbitration and criminal) and everything, which is related to human rights and freedoms.
I have been working as a translator for 8 years now. I am constantly developing and looking for new opportunities. I am sure I can contribute to the benefit of your company as well as to my self-development.
I have been also doing editing, PM post-editing and proofreading in the above spheres for the last 2,5 years.
The third area of translation for me is IT sphere, because I prefer to keep up with the times and I am sure, that this sphere is the most developing and wanted one in the translation world.
I always perform work on time and try to comply with all customer’s requirements. I have a well-established database of translation memory, a lot of templates and examples of work in my major areas.
I work both in double-language format (MS Office) and in various translation programs (CAT tools).
I am able to translate up to 12 translation pages per day and edit around 15 pages per day.
