Source text - English 6.2.2.3 Maintenance treatment period (from week 12 to week 36)
During the Maintenance period, you will need to visit the study center 4 times, once during week 12 and then every 8 weeks until week after 36. If you cannot visit the study center on your scheduled day, you may have the visit 7 days prior or 7 days after the scheduled visit date after discussing with your study doctor.
At each of these visits, you will have the following procedures and assessments.
• You will undergo physical examination and your vital signs will be measured and recorded.
• The ECOG functionality status will be evaluated.
• If you are a woman of child bearing capacity, you will have a urine test to make sure that you are not pregnant.
• You will be asked to provide blood and urine samples, which will be tested to determine your general well-being and any medical abnormalities.
• Your blood will also be tested for LDH and beta-2-microglobulin.
• Additional blood samples are collected for the evaluation of anti-drug antibodies only in week 28.
• At week 12 and 28, you will have a scan either for PET-CT or only for CT scan or in the combination of MRI scans to see how your cancer has responded to the study drug.
• You may have to undergo a bone marrow biopsy as per the discretion of your study doctor.
• The administration of study medication
• Blood samples will be collected for PK and PD analysis (only if you have agreed to participate in the sub-study).
• You will be asked about any side effects (any reactions at the vaccine), including those involved by the study drug.
• You will be asked about any medicine you are currently taking.

Translation - English What is cured TB?
TB is diagnosed by collecting sputum sample from the patient and examining it under the microscope. If the sputum sample is positive for TB bacilli, patients are treated for 6 months with anti-tuberculosisdrugs. After the drugs have been taken according to the study doctor’s medication plan, the treatment is completed and a sputum sample is tested negative for TB bacilli, the patient is declared as cured from TB.
Is participation in this study voluntary?
Your participation in this study is voluntary. You can say “yes” or “no” to participate in this study. If you say “yes”, you are still free to leave the study at any time without giving a reason. If you say “no” there will be no penalty or loss of benefits that you would normally have. Saying “no” or withdrawing from the study will not affect the care you receive at this clinic.
How many participants will take part in this study?
About 2,000 participants between 18-65 years of age who have been formerly diagnosed with pulmonary TB, successfully completed the anti-tuberculosis treatment (ATT) and were declared curedwill take part in this study. This study is carried out at multiple hospitals in India. We plan to have 2 groups in the study, with 1000 participants in each group. One group of participants will receive the study vaccine and the second group will receive a placebo, which is similar to the study vaccine in appearance but has no active ingredients of the study vaccine. We will compare the results of the groups to each other. That is how we will answer the questions we are asking in this study.
