WHEREAS the Government of the Host Country indicated in block 1 of the Face Sheet and the United Nations Development Programme, a subsidiary organ of the United Nations established by the General Assembly of the United Nations (hereinafter “UNDP”) concluded a project document (hereinafter the “Project Document”) for the project named in block 3 of the Face Sheet (hereinafter the “Project”);
WHEREAS in its capacity as an implementing partner, UNDP has selected the civil society organization named in block 2 of the Face Sheet(hereinafter the “CSO”), as a responsible party to implement activities (hereinafter the “Activities”) and achieve deliverables (hereinafter the “Deliverables”) within the time frames and according to the budget outlined in the Work Plan which forms part of the Project Document (hereinafter the “Work Plan”);
WHEREAS UNDP and the CSO (together referred to as the “Parties” or, individually, a “Party”), under their respective mandates and policies, share a common aim in the furtherance of sustainable development;
NOW, THEREFORE, based on mutual trust and in the spirit of cooperation, the Parties have entered into this Agreement under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.0 Objectives and General Responsibilities of the Parties
1.1 The Parties agree that the main objective of this Agreement is to further the goals of the Project through the successful implementation of the Activities and achievement of the Deliverables.
1.2 Consistent with this objective, the CSO shall commence and implement the Activities and achieve the Deliverables with due diligence and efficiency, according to the schedule outlined in the Work Plan, and following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Activities must be consistent with the regulations, rules, policies and procedures of UNDP.
1.3 All deadlines and time limits contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be of the essence in respect of the implementation of the Activities and achievement of the Deliverables under this Agreement.

ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬ ОБЯЗАН:
1. Обеспечивать нахождение своего персонала для выполнения работ по сервисному обслуживанию Оборудования на Объекте ЗАКАЗЧИКА в соответствии с Приложением А2 к настоящему Договору.
2. Обеспечить своевременное выполнение согласованного СТОРОНАМИ графика планово-предупредительных ремонтов (далее по тексту «ППР»).
3. Обеспечивать свой персонал спецодеждой, средствами индивидуальной защиты,
4. ЗАКАЗЧИК производит доставку персонала ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ до Объекта и обратно своими силами и за свой счёт на весь период действия Договора.
5. Обеспечивать за свой счет наличие ручного и специализированного инструмента, программного обеспечения, оборудования и транспортных средств, необходимых для выполнения сервисных работ на Объекте ЗАКАЗЧИКА согласно списку, указанному в Приложении А3.
6. Выполнять работы по сервисному обслуживанию Оборудования в соответствии с руководством по техническому обслуживанию и эксплуатации и технической документацией производителя Оборудования.
7. Поддерживать на своем складе, находящемся на Объекте ЗАКАЗЧИКА, запас запасных частей, расходных материалов, эксплуатационных жидкостей и консистентных смазок, необходимых для выполнения сервисных работ по Договору, согласно Приложению А19.
8. По окончании выполнения работ оформлять Отчёт о выполненных работах (Приложение А4) с указанием затраченных часов, запасных частей и расходных материалов, использованных при выполнении работ.
9. Согласовывать с ЗАКАЗЧИКОМ в письменной форме приоритетность и объём планируемых работ.
10. Оказывать услугу по отбору и анализу масла, отбираемого с узлов и агрегатов Оборудования ЗАКАЗЧИКА, и представлять лабораторные результаты анализов ЗАКАЗЧИКУ.
11. Осуществлять мониторинг работы Оборудования и предоставлять ЗАКАЗЧИКУ ежемесячно отчёты и рекомендации на основании анализа данных систем «Health» и «VisionLink». Описание услуги по мониторингу работы Оборудования изложено в Приложении А6.
12. Обеспечивать выполнение гарантийных обязательств в соответствии с условиями раздела 6 Договора.
13. Устранять за свой счет выявленные при приемке выполненных работ дефекты, допущенные по вине ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ.
14. Выполнять требования и процедуры, установленные ЗАКАЗЧИКОМ на объекте, в отношении техники безопасности, охраны окружающей среды, управления транспортными средствами, наркотиков и алкоголя согласно Приложению А20.

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE OBLIGED TO:

2. Ensure the timely implementation of schedule pf planned preventive repairs agreed by the PARTIES (hereinafter referred to as “PPR”).
3. Supply its staff with work clothes and personal protective equipment.
4. The CUSTOMER arranges transportation of CONTRACTOR’s staff to the Site and back at his own expense throughout the whole period of contract duration.
5. Ensure the availability of manual and specialized tools at his own expense, software, equipment and vehicles required to perform service works at the CUSTOMER’s Site according to the list specified in the Annex A3.
6. Perform service maintenance works of the Equipment following the maintenance and operation manual and technical documentation of the Equipment manufacturer.
7. Maintain a stock of spare parts, consumables, operating liquids and thick greases required for performing service work at its warehouse located at the CONTRACTOR’s Site, under the Appendix A19 of the Contract.
8. Submit a Works Acceptance Report (Annex A4) indicating spent hours, spare parts and consumables used for implementation of works upon completion of works.
9. Coordinate with the CUSTOMER the priority and scope of the planned works in written form.
10. Provide sampling and analysis services of oil taken from units and assemblies of the CUSTOMER’s Equipment, and supply the CUSTOMER with laboratory test results.
11. Monitor the Equipment operating and provide the CUSTOMER with the monthly reports and recommendations based on the data analysis of Health and VisionLink systems. The description of the Equipment operation monitoring is specified in the Annex A6.
12. Ensure fulfillment of warranty obligations following the terms of Section 6 of the Contract.
13. Rectify defects detected during the acceptance of completed works committed by the CONTRACTOR, at its own expense.
14. Meet the requirements and procedures prescribed by the CUSTOMER at its Site in respect of the safety measures, environmental protection, driving vehicles, drugs and alcohol following Annex A20.

We’ll start our analysis with a truism, stark, self-evident and understated: Sometimes things do not go well. That seems to have much to do with the terrible nature of the world, with its plagues and famines and tyrannies and betrayals. But here’s the rub: sometimes, when things are not going well, it’s not the world that’s the cause. The cause is instead that which is currently most valued, subjectively and personally. Why? Because the world is revealed, to an indeterminate degree, through the template of your values (much more on this in Rule 10). If the world you are seeing is not the world you want, therefore, it’s time to examine your values. It’s time to rid yourself of your current presuppositions. It’s time to let go. It might even be time to sacrifice what you love best, so that you can become who you might become, instead of staying who you are.
There’s an old and possibly apocryphal story about how to catch a monkey that illustrates this set of ideas very well. First, you must find a large, narrow-necked jar, just barely wide enough in diameter at the top for a monkey to put its hand inside. Then you must fill the jar part way with rocks, so it is too heavy for a monkey to carry. Then you must to scatter some treats, attractive to monkeys, near the jar, to attract one, and put some more inside the jar. A monkey will come along, reach into the narrow opening, and grab while the grabbing’s good. But now he won’t be able to extract his fist, now full of treats, from the jar. Not without unclenching his hand. Not without relinquishing, what he already has. And that’s just what he won’t do. The monkey-catcher can just walk over to the jar and pick up the monkey. The animal will not sacrifice the part to preserve the whole.
Something valuable, given up, ensures future prosperity. Something valuable, sacrificed, pleases the Lord. What is most valuable, and best sacrificed?—or, what is at least emblematic of that? A choice cut of meat. The best animal in a flock. A most valued possession. What’s above even that? Something intensely personal and painful to give up. That’s symbolized, perhaps, in God’s insistence on circumcision as part of Abraham’s sacrificial routine, where the part is offered, symbolically, to redeem the whole. What’s beyond that? What pertains more closely to the whole person, rather than the part? What constitutes the ultimate sacrifice—for the gain of the ultimate prize?
It’s a close race between child and self. The sacrifice of the mother, offering her child to the world, is exemplified profoundly by Michelangelo’s great sculpture, the Pietà. Michelangelo crafted Mary cradling the nearly naked body of her adult Son, crucified and ruined. It’s her fault. It was through her that He entered the world and its great drama of Being. Is it right to bring a baby into this terrible world? Every woman asks herself that question. Some say no, and they have their reasons. Mary answers yes, voluntarily, knowing full well what’s to come—as do all mothers, if they allow themselves to see. It’s an act of supreme courage, when its undertaken voluntarily.
In turn, Mary’s son, Christ, offers Himself to God and the world, to betrayal, torture and death—to the very point of despair on the cross, where he cries out those terrible words: My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46, KJV). That is the archetypal story of the man who gives his all for the sake of the better—who offers up his life for the advancement of Being—who allows God’s will to become manifest fully within the confines of a single, mortal life. That is the model for the honourable man. In Christ’s case, however—as He sacrifices Himself—God, His Father, is simultaneously sacrificing His son. It is for this reason that the Christian sacrificial drama of Son and Self is archetypal. It’s a story at the limit, where nothing more extreme—nothing greater—can be imagined. That’s the very definition of "archetypal." That’s the core of what constitutes "religious."
Episode 2
Thank you all very much for coming. It’s shocking to me that you don’t have anything better to do on a Tuesday night. Seriously though, it’s very strange, in some sense, that so many of you are here to listen to a sequence of lectures on the psychological significance of the Bible stories. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but it still does surprise me that there’s a ready audience for it. That’s good. We’ll see how it goes.
I’ll start with this, because it’s the right question: why bother doing this? And I don’t mean why should I bother—I have my reasons for doing it—but you might think, ‘why bother with this strange old book at all?’ That’s a good question. It’s a contradictory document that’s been cobbled together over thousands of years. It’s outlasted many, many kingdoms. Interestingly, it turns out a book is more durable than stone. It’s more durable than a castle. It’s more durable than an empire. Interestingly, something so evanescent can be so long-living. So there’s that; that’s kind of a mystery.
He was particularly concerned about radical left ideology and believed—and predicted this in the late 1800s, which is an absolute intellectual tour de force of staggering magnitude—that in the 20th-century hundreds of millions of people would die because of the replacement of these underlying dream-like structures with this rational but deeply incorrect representation of the world. We’ve been oscillating back and forth between left and right ever since, with some good sprinkling of nihilism and despair. In some sense, that’s the situation of the modern Western person, and increasingly of people in general.
I think part of the reason that Islam has its back up with regards to the West, to such a degree—there are many reasons, and not all of them are valid—is that, is still grounded in a dream, they can see that the rootless, questioning mind of the West poses a tremendous danger to the integrity of their culture, and it does. Westerners, us—we undermine ourselves all the time with our searching intellect. I’m not complaining about that. There isn’t anything easy that can be done about it. But it’s still a sort of fruitful catastrophe, and it has real effects on people’s lives. It’s not an abstract thing. Lots of times when I’ve been treating people with depression, for example, or anxiety, they have existential issues. It’s not just some psychiatric condition. It’s not just that they’re tapped off of normal because their brain chemistry is faulty—although, sometimes that happens to be the case. It’s that they are overwhelmed by the suffering and complexity of their life, and they’re not sure why it’s reasonable to continue with it. They can feel the terrible, negative meanings of life, but they are skeptical beyond belief about any of the positive meanings of it.
I had one client who’s a very brilliant artist. As long as he didn’t think, he was fine. He’d go and create, and he was really good at being an artist. He had that personality that was continually creating, and quite brilliant, although he was self-denigrating. But he sawed the branch off that he was sitting on, as soon as he started to think about what he was doing. He’d start to criticize what he was doing—the utility of it—even though it was self-evidently useful. Then it would be very, very hard for him to even motivate himself to create. He always struck me as a good example of the consequences of having your rational intellect divorced, in some way, from your Being—divorced enough so that it actually questions the utility of your Being. It’s not a good thing. It’s really not a good thing, because it manifests itself not only in individual psychopathologies, but also in social psychopathologies. That’s this proclivity of people to get tangled up in ideologies, and I really do think of them as crippled religions. That’s the right way to think about them. They’re like religion that’s missing an arm and a leg, but can still hobble along. It provides a certain amount of security and group identity, but it’s warped and twisted and demented and bent, and it’s a parasite on something underlying that’s rich and true. That’s how it looks to me, anyway. I think it’s very important that we sort out this problem. I think that there isn’t anything more important that needs to be done than that. I’ve thought that for a long, long time—probably since the early ‘80s, when I started looking at the role that belief systems played in regulating psychological and social health. You can tell that they do that because of how upset people get if you challenge their belief systems. Why the hell do they care, exactly? What difference does it make if all of your ideological axioms are 100 percent correct?

Я не жалуюсь на это. Нет ничего легче, с этим ничего не поделать. Но это все еще огромная катастрофа и она имеет реальное воздействие на жизни людей. Это не что то абстрактное. Много раз, когда я лечил людей с депрессией, например, или тревогой, у них были реальные проблемы. Это не просто какое-то психическое расстройство. Дело не только в том, что они отстают от нормы, в связи с тем, что их химический состав мозга не соответствует норме, хотя бывает и так. Дело в том, что они зациклены на своих страданиях и сложностях жизни, и они не уверены, что стоит продолжать их существование. Они могут чувствовать ужасное, негативное значение их жизни, но они скептично относятся к любым позитивным мыслям.
У меня был один пациент, который был великолепным художником. Пока он не задумывался, он прекрасно себя чувствовал. Он жил и творил, и он действительно был прекрасным художником. Colledge of Culture, Economy and Right in 2002 as an English Teacher. During my
7 years of work experience as a Crew Manager in maritime companies, I work with international maritime companies and authorities, performing daily
business communication by mail, skype, zoom conference, translation contracts
and regulation documents, claims, requests, and various forms. Sometimes our
office was visited by a representative of our clients, fleet managers and
superintendents who came to Russia for conducted interviews and meetings with
Russian seafarers and Crewing Managers. Such close interaction helped me to
understand various cultures and mindsets deeper which is reflected in a deep
understanding of the English language. English is a key to doors of the whole
world and I want to share my skills with you to build a bridge and help to
