I am a freelance translator that has worked with the Portuguese>English and Spanish>English language pairs
cumulatively for about six years.

I have a Master's degree in Translation and Language
Services from the University of Porto and 1st
Class Bachelor's degree in Portuguese and Spanish with Marketing from the
University of Salford in the United Kingdom.

I have extensive
experience in the following fields:

Legal translation - types of texts
including court proceedings documents, police reports, divorce papers,
prenuptial agreements, wills, power of attorney certificates, and documents
relating to the purchase and sale of property.

Official translation – documents including birth,
marriage, and death certificates, criminal background checks, visa and consular
papers, passports, and certificates of residency.

Medical translation – texts including many
different types of medical reports and patient examination documents.

Business and financial translation – the
translation of statutory financial statements and other business critical files.

Other areas include: the translation of marketing materials, and
texts about gastronomy and viticulture, amongst others.

amongst others.
