Source text - English Special pump for excavators
The A**** swashplate type pump for the open circuit (fig. 24) was designed in the form shown specifically for LUDV systems. The diesel engine flange and the pump housing are one component. This gives the pump as a whole a very short, rigid construction. The flat-design controller lies in the contour of the pump body and does not pretrude beyond the end of the pump. The controller has only a small number of ports and these lie parallel to the pump to save space. The drain and bleed ports are arranged in such a way that the pump can be fitted in any desired position in the excavator. This construction allows considerable possibility in the design of the oil tank compartment and position.
Demand for higher power makes larger diesel engines necessary in some cases. The more stringent noise emission regulations mean that more room is needed for encapsulation of the IC engine and pump. This increasingly eats into the space available for mounting the pump, so that a compact pump such as the A**** is needed.
In addition, diesel engine speeds are reduced due to pollutant emissions. This in turn calls for larger pumps in order to main comparable flows. A streamlined pump compartment together with the compact A**** allow larger pump sizes to be achieved, as well as making assembly and service easier.

A**** представляет собой аксиально-поршневой насос с наклонным диском, рассчитанный на работу в гидроприводах с разомкнутым потоком. Фланец для крепления к дизельному двигателю выполнен заодно с корпусом насоса. Благодаря этому насос в сборе имеет малую длину и обладает высокой жесткостью конструкции. Регулятор размещен в плоском корпусе, который находится в пределах контура поперечного сечения насоса и не выступает за его задний срез. Для подключения к регулятору используется всего несколько отверстий. Чтобы сэкономить объем отсека машины, эти отверстия направлены вдоль насоса. Сливные и дренажные отверстия в корпусе насоса расположены таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возможность установки насоса на экскаваторе в любом желаемом положении. Это существенно упрощает проектирование гидробака и компоновку отсека с насосом.
Необходимость повышения мощности силовой установки в некоторых случаях приводит к использованию более крупногабаритных дизельных двигателей. Введение более строгих норм, регулирующих уровни создаваемого шума, требует увеличения размеров отсека для установки двигателя и насоса. Все это существенно уменьшает объем, доступный для размещения насоса, что приводит к необходимости применения компактных насосов типа A****.
Кроме того, для уменьшения токсичности отработавших газов необходимо понижать рабочие обороты двигателя. Это, в свою очередь, вынуждает производителей использовать насосы большего рабочего объема, позволяющие получить требуемую подачу. Рациональная компоновка отсека для установки насоса в сочетании с малыми габаритными размерами насосов серии A****, позволяет применять насосы большего рабочего объема, а также упростить сборку и обслуживание машины.

The Mixon matrix applicator is a complete device which transfers the adhesive to the cut-off surface of the wood under pressure and with controlled dosage and amount of adhesive, thus saving adhesive and providing good conditions for strong bonding.

Good regulation ability
The gluing application opening time is controlled by an automatic valve fitted to the gluing matrix. In this way reaction is optimised at the same time as any excess adhesive can be minimised at the start and end of the gluing sequence.
The amount and linearity of the gluing application over the whole surface is controlled by the hydraulically controlled dosage assembly.
Simple cleaning
Loss of adhesive on cleaning is limited to the 0.1 litres of mixed adhesive which is the maximum amount of adhesive held. The equipment can be flushed normally without disassembly during daily maintenance. Water consumption on flushing may vary with different types of adhesive, but is always extremely low in comparison with conventional methods.
The application matrix can be dismantled with simple movements for more comprehensive cleaning. Where detergents are used the equipment is fitted with a detergent pump.

Возможность регулирования параметров клеенанесения
Время начала подачи клея задается автоматическим клапаном, входящим в конструкцию клеенаносящего устройства. Это позволяет оптимизировать время начала подачи и, как следствие, предельно сократить отходы клея, образующиеся в начале и в конце цикла нанесения.
Требуемый расход клея и равномерность нанесения по всей длине заготовки обеспечиваются дозирующим блоком с гидравлическим приводом.
Удобство очистки
Потери готовой клеевой смеси при очистке ограничиваются максимальным количеством смеси, находящейся в системе, которое равно 0,1 л. При соблюдении правил эксплуатации промывка может выполняться без разборки системы во время ежедневного технического обслуживания. Количество воды, затрачиваемое на промывку, зависит от типа применяемого клея, однако в любом случае оно будет значительно меньше, чем при использовании традиционных систем клеенанесения. Профильная гребенка наносящего устройства легко снимается для более тщательной очистки. При необходимости в состав системы может быть введен насос для подачи раствора моющего средства.
