1.0 SCOPO
Scopo della seguente istruzione di lavoro è standardizzare l’attività di costruzione della sede di alloggiamento per i leack detector embedded sui tubi doppia carcassa.
2.0 MODALITA' OPERATIVE
1. Procurarsi la matrice in materiale plastico (teflon) e ricoprire la zona filettata(1’’ gas) con del nastro in teflon per evitare la fuoriuscita dello stesso durante la fase di vulcanizzazione ed avvitarla sulla sede del Leak Detector.
2. Applicare contro flange.
3. Applicare 2 lamiere a semicerchio aderenti al fianco interno della spalla bendata.
4. Riempire lo spazio vuoto utilizzando mescola estrusa GUF a striscia larghezza 40 mm.
5. Modellare la mescola estrusa intorno alla matrice in teflon per circa metà altezza, poi
proseguire con il riempimento passando sopra alla matrice ed allargarsi fino a circa 300 mm dalla spalla interna della benda.
6. Estrudere la mescola fino a raggiungere un’altezza di circa 20 mm più alta della spalla bendata.
7. Tagliare la mescola sopra la matrice di teflon.
8. Fasciare a caldo con benda da 150 mm partendo dalla bendatura di spalla fino a superare di 100 mm lo strato di mescola estrusa.
9. Non tirare troppo la benda per le prime 2 passate con sormonta del 20 %, poi iniziare a tendere la benda per altre 2 passate fino alla 5° che deve essere molto tesa e chiusa sulla spalla bendata. Utilizzare benda asciutta e pulita Nylon H150.
10. Lasciare il riempimento bendato per 15 minuti e poi sbendare.

1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of the following work instruction is to standardize the construction activity of leak detector housing embedded on double carcass hoses.
2.0 OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
1. Get the matrix in plastic material (Teflon) and cover the threaded area (1'' gas) with teflon tape to prevent spillage of the same during the vulcanisation and screw it on the seat of the Leak Detector.
2. Apply against flange
3. Apply 2 semicircle plates adhering to the inside of the bandaged shoulder.
4. Fill the empty place using the striped extruded mixture GUF width 40 mm.
5. Shape the extruded mixture around the matrix in teflon for about half height, then continue with the filling passing over the matrix and widening up to about 300 mm from the inner shoulder of the bandage.
6. Extrude the mixture to reach a height of about 20 mm higher than the bandaged shoulder
7. Cut the mixture on the matrix in teflon.
8. Hot swathe with 150 mm bandage starting from the shoulder bandage up to exceed 100 mm the layer of extruded compound.
9. Do not overstretch the bandage for the first 2 passages with overlap of 20%, then start to stretch the bandage for other 2 passages up to the 5th which must be very tight and closed on the bandaged shoulder. Use clean, dry bandage Nylon H150.
10. Leave the filling bandaged for 15 minutes and then unbandage.
