Bio
As a native German translator I am mainly interested in medical and life science translation projects from English into German. In these fields I have experience in translating software and user manuals for medical devices and implants, tutorials and e-learning courses as well as surveys, protocols, marketing and information material for patients and health care professionals. I have translated complete pharmaceutical studies including information for medical staff and patients and training manuals.
Additionally I have translated a great amount of operating instructions especially for implants.

Since 2001 I am working in translations in the fields of:

• medical / life science / healthcare
• travel and tourism
• website content / localization

Apart from a lifelong interest in medicine and science I have a medical background through my studies of veterinary medicine and therefore feel confident in delivering highest quality in style and accuracy.
My clients also appreciate me being always punctual and reliable. My daily output depends highly on the type of content I am working on and fluctuates between 2,000 and 3,500 words.
