Source text - English Being four thirty minutes in the afternoon (4:30 p.m.) of the twenty second (22nd) day of the month of August of the year two thousand seventeen (2017), a meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX INC. was held at the offices of the Company.
Ms. XXXXXXXXXXX acted as President of the meeting and Mrs. XXXXXXXXXXXX acted as Secretary of the meeting, being each holder of said offices.
There were present or duly represented all the shareholders of the corporation, who waived previous notice to the meeting.
The President informed that the object of the meeting was to discuss the advantages of granting a Special Power of Attorney in order to facilitate the company's operations.
The President proposed the following resolution which was unanimously adopted by the assembly:
Translation - Polish O godzinie czwartej i trzydzieści minut po południu (16:30) dwudziestego drugiego (22.) dnia miesiąca sierpnia roku dwa tysiące siedemnastego (2017) w biurze spółki odbyło się zebranie Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX INC.
Pani XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX pełniła obowiązki przewodniczącej zebrania, a pani XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX pełniła funkcję sekretarza zebrania, każda z tych osób pełniąca wspomniane funkcje.
Obecni byli lub byli należycie reprezentowani wszyscy akcjonariusze korporacji, którzy zrzekli się prawa do obecności po wcześniejszym zawiadomieniu o spotkaniu.
Przewodnicząca poinformowała, że celem spotkania jest omówienie korzyści przyznania specjalnego pełnomocnictwa w celu ułatwienia prowadzenia działalności przez spółkę.
Przewodnicząca zaproponowała następującą uchwałę, jednogłośnie przyjętą przez zgromadzenie:
