After reading the whole set of source terms, I would confidently infer that this relates to a screen used by implementers to define screens which will be displayed to end-users in a given implementation.
The logic will run like this:
- define a SQL (database) condition (2nd line of your terms)
- define the text and image to be displayed to the end-user if this condition is satisfied ("text/image on true"), and if it is not satisfied ("text/image on false")
--------------------------------------------------

Native speakers of "informatique" might suggest better ways to formulate this, of course.

text on true

Note from asker:

: but we have so little information: these could be field descriptions, which could validly be translated // see my discussion comments

Discussion
I have another one, so I'll post another question. After 10 000+ words relatively comprehensible, they are getting more complicated ;-(
but if the screen in question is (for example) for implementing a user interface, then presumably your original text is field descriptions to guide the implementors, and needs to be translated.
can you tell us anything more about the function/purpose of the section of the software from which you question term comes?
DBGridConfig_AdvCGrid.Item6
DBGridConfig_AdvCGrid.Item7
DBGridConfig_AdvCGrid.Item8
I would have expected the text you have given to be one column, and the other columns to have the variable/field name, parameters such as length, and possibly contents (depending on the exact nature of what you're translating): this other content might help to provide some guidance.
