"XXX warrants this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship and will meet the technical performance and ratings specifications. XXX warrants said products on a prorated basis as stated below. Dunlee's obligation under this warranty is limited in accordance with the periods of time or usage and all other product(s) in accordance with the provisions stated below, provided that, XXX may elect to refund a prorated portion of the purchase price of the product, if the defective product was replaced with XXX's product."
"The entire obligation of XXX under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective products, or at its option, to issue credit or refund."
"REPLACEMENT CREDIT ALLOWANCE
Credit allowances will be computed on the basis of "Premature or Prorated Allowance." A premature failure is defined as early failure and, at XXX's option, will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser or a full credit will be issued. The period for premature failure for products commences upon installation and will end:
• X-Ray Tubes 3 months
• High Performance (vascular) Tubes one month
• CTTubes 3,000 exposures
The prorated allowance for x-ray tubes is computed as:
• 100% - Number of months after installation/24 x 100 (in % not to exceed 100%)

The prorated allowance for high performance (vascular) tubes is computed as:
• 100% - Number of months after installation/12 x 100 (in % not to exceed 100%)

A prorated allowance for CT tubes is:
• 100% - Exposure Used/exposure guarantee x 100 (in % not to exceed 100%)"
