This task requires the assemblage of any "chain" of transactions, starting from the initial act of privatization or restitution through subsequent inheritance, sales or other transfers of rights. In cases in which the originating documentation is not clear, documents are missing in the chain, or the documentation shows two or more persons holding documents to the same property, the kartela is noted with a "restriction."
