Czy koniecznie trzeba podawać numer albumu, jeżeli pisze się pracę po polsku? Piszę pracę po angielsku dlatego obowiązują mnie 2 strony tytułowe - po angielsku i po polsku. Jeżeli w tej po polsku nr albumu nie jest konieczny, to nie będę musiała go pisać na obu stronach, a co za tym idzie nie będę musiała tłumaczyć tych słów na język angielski.

"Thesis" to na ogół MA lub PhD (postgraduates), BA czy BSc (Honours) to "dissertations" (undergraduates). Tak jest na uczelni, gdzie studiowałam, Anglia Ruskin University, w Cambridge.
"part" usuwa się po obronie pracy.
Proponuję sprawdzić na uczelni. Raczej nie jest to dowolna kwestia i większość uczelni posiada gotowe wzorce stron tytułowych (tekst, rozkład, zawartość, rozmiar czcionki).
W kwestii doktora habilitowanego/profesora, proponuję upewnić się w dziekanacie lub na stronie uczelni/wykładowcy.
Proponuję : 'under the supervision of Dr XYZ'
