debenture - przynajmniej w USA to obligacja przedsiebiorstwa a bond to obligajcja emitowana przez rzad.

disagree skisteeps : Niekoniecznie. Bond to obligacja z pełnym pokryciem, a debenture to obligacja wydana na podstawie generalnego kredytu bez tzw. covenats wymagajacych od dłuznika ustanowienia tzw. sinking fund. Najlepiej przeczytać szczegóły prospectusa.
