Disc Removal
1. Remove eight (8) bolts from inlet spout (Item 22) to flexible spool piece.
2. Remove four (4) long (P/4") and three (3) short (P/2") '/2"-13 UNC hexhead capscrews with lockwashers (Items 88, 91 & 90) from inlet spout.

Feed Inlet & Discharge Duet Connections
XXX, Inc. does not supply feed inlet or discharge ducts and recommends installation of a 24" (610 mm) long removable spool piece between mill feed spout and supply pipe to provide clearance when removing disc (using the disc lifting yoke supplied with mill).

If a removable spool piece is not used or if spool is not made of flexible material, XXX, Inc. highly recommends using flexible connections to isolate supply duet from mill vibrations.
