Honestly, not enough Veo tu dilema pero realmente no se puede descifrar sin saber de qué hablan.

My best guesses:
- se trata de una conferencia tipo inter-company industry meetup;
- o quizás algún "máster ejecutivo" al que mandan empleados para recibir alguna certificación de estas;
- o algún company weekend event, tipo corporate vacation, con cientos de empleados de diferentes entidades/departamentos.

No sé si el nombre de la empresa empieza con L, y podría ser L* Summer Meetup, o alguna cosa así.
Pero me parece que es algo concreto a la empresa del contexto; porque he buscado y rebuscado a ver si hay alguna conferencia bien conocida que haya tenido varias ediciones anuales, con managers, o de filipinas, y no encuentro nada medianamente conocido.
