The document... is called Epikrizë. It describes what happened to the patient, her medical history, current drugs and future treatment. The EON part is a description of her general status. Mainly symptoms that they looked for but not found. Your suggestion was a specific disease.

(Italian abbreviation) Esame Obiettivo Neurologico

Lars, I know this is not Albanian, but I have met very often Latin and Italian (less often English) terms and abbreviations in Albanian medical reports. This term is usually used for patients either as they arrive at the ER, prior or after surgeries, and when there is acute or emergency situation. The context fits 100%, even though I am not 100% this is what they meant. Most probably yes. I have also added a second reference link in Italian. Hope it helps.

I had forgotten to add tje Albanian translation of that phrase, sorry: Objective Neurological Examination, tho I am sure you managed to get the sense of that.
