Heel wat psychologische management modellen gaan uit van de (karakteriële) verschillen tussen mensen. Ze hebben succes, omdat ze zeer voorspellend zijn. Ze voorspellen de kleuring van het gedrag van mensen. Deze kleuring van het gedrag van elke mens zit ingekapseld in het lymbische-, motorische- en emotionele systeem dat zorgt voor de levensfuncties, de overlevingsdrang en de emoties.

Can you say colouring of behaviour? Or colouration of behaviour?

mosterd na de maaltijd "kleuring van gedrag" komt mij vreemd voor, net als "colouring of behaviour." Maar gedrag kan wel "gekleurd zijn/worden door," net zoals kennelijk "behaviour can be/is coloured." Het vb van Kate is verwarrend omdat daar "coloured" naar "evaluation" verwijst, niet naar gedrag. Gekleurde percepties/evaluaties zijn heel algemeen, maar met gedrag kan het dus ook.
