Also, there's apparently a difference between a "Rechtsreferent (IHK)" and a "Rechtsreferent jur.": https://www.foreno.de/viewtopic.php?t=93482 But, I don't think it makes a difference in your case (main thing - it's "Rechtsreferent"). I'm not sure if there is something such as "Verfasser von Titeln" for a person who does only this; it seems that this is something out of the many tasks that the Rechtsreferent(in) does.
