Yathrath is the Sanskritised version meaning reality

Hakeekat/ Haqueeqat is the urdu version.

Real means what you actually get. That way this is more pinpointed.

Context is not very clear therefore these are some alternate choices.

Example:
'in real life' would be 'vaastavik jeevan mei' or 'yathaartha mei'

Yatharth Jeevan - Yatharth, sanskrit word for real (Standard)
Vastavik Jeevan - Vastavik, also sanskrit word for real (Standard)
Sthir Jeevan - Sthir (Standard Sanskrit word), also sanskrit word
for real, here it is Nischal & Shaanth that means Undisturbed and peaceful, as per the need of the depth of meaning to be cinveyed. Aslee Jindagee - Aslee is real used opposite to Naklee (Unreal)
Sachchee Jindagee - Sachchee again for substituting Aslee or Vasthavik.
I prefer Yatharth or Vaasthavik for real when usrd with Jeevan and Aslee or sachchee when used with Jindagee. Using Sanskrit words coupled with only sanskrit words is standard good style, or else it will be called sankar samas, broken unfair joining.

"Vastavik Jeevan" as mentioned by Tejinder Soodan is the most correct translation. Jindagi (rather zindagi) is a urdu word.
