The adjustable head uses the same zero reference the carriers use.
The head position is calibrated (guides configuration screen) by rotating the mag-ram to bottom dead center, (Stacker magnets must be "Holding/Active") and adjusting the height so the bottom of the magnets is at the zero reference

The head height and carrier positions have been configured to provide functionality for all pans using a single "Top Of Stack" sensor.
