Non-PRO English Tech/Engineering Computers: Software software
The external user can select a parcel number or owner identification, the application will report the availability of result without giving exact details. The user will explicitly ask for this information and therewith approve an invoice detail that will be charged. After this explicit approval, the information (both descriptive and graphical) will be shown (on-line) to the user.

The user first makes a general enquiry. On seeing the result of this the user will then clearly request further information of an exact nature (perhaps giving some sort of individual ID), which will generate an invoice.

Assuming that you want English>English and

not English>Polish, here's your answer:
to explicitly ask in this context means that the information has to be asked for deliberately and on purpose, that is, not through a regular default setting, etc. The user must actively and specifically ask for the information. Hope this helps. If not, perhaps you might want to put this in the En>PolishEn category.
