This appears in a training manual for a software package that enables users to enter data for financial statements.
"Il permet d’automatiser partiellement le traitement des fusions, scissions et desopacifications."
I can't find it in any dictionary, although I found "opacification" in a medical context referring to clouding of the cornea. I did Google it, and found only two examples of its use in this context (amongst various medical articles). These two examples were a job advert for a financial officer in a French company, and a Linked-In profile.
I understand what the word itself means but can't think of the term that I need to use here to translate it, in the context of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

I have not come across this term before but clearly it is what we used to do with rubbers and prencils and is now carried out by a software package, replacing shareholdings by percentage interest in assets and liabilities

Just a suggestion, really. The (horrid) word seems to mean making something clearer, simpler or easier to understand.

transparent sub-consolidation
désopacification in this context seems to be equivalent to what some other French companies call éclatement de palier opaque. In the few examples I've looked at, the result is the same: a subsidiary that was formerly invisible becomes visible on the list of consolidated entities. Before, it was consolidated into some other entity at the level above it.
The makers and users of consolidation software tools appear to call a sub-consolidation level 'transparent' if the tool can read the accounts of the reporting entities below it and 'opaque' if it cannot. These are not the same as the established meanings of transparent and opaque for tax purposes, but there is a resemblance.

Discussion
The term may refer to getting rid of 'opaque' tiers of subconsolidation, as part of 'rationalising the perimeter', of course. One way or another, it is all being done in the name of 'transparency' in financial reporting.
