German term

baulich abgängig

German to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
In the context concerned the term "abgängig" is used in connection with buildings and seems to refer to a poor state or condition, but I'm not sure.
For example: Die Gebäude sind meist abgängig.
