Discussion

Katja Dienemann Jan 1, 2017:
There is a connection between TIA and caesarean s. It seems to be a good option to have a caesarean section and no normal birth (vaginal delivery) after a TIA (transitory ischaemic attack), see http://www.rund-ums-baby.de/geburt/forum/Nach-TIA-noch-spont...
Eleanore Strauss Oct 6, 2016:
It is fairly well known and accepted Here is another entry: http://apps.who.int/rhl/pregnancy_childbirth/childbirth/caes...

I can help you, though not medical specialist. This refers to a cesarean section according the the method developed at Misgav Ladach hospital in Israel. I know of this for many years, based on personal experience. Here is a link. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10422908

Caesarian section technique

'Laduch' is a misspelling of 'Ladach'. 'Misgav-Ladach' is the name of the caesarian section technique/method applied in this case - see

What is your <b<actual question, then?

agree philgoddard : The asker clearly didn't Google this. If you enter Misgav, it prompts you with Ladach.

True. I'm just wondering what the asker's additional comment refers to ("Need to be sure as it does not tally with the clinical history").
agree Eleanore Strauss : As per my comments ... this technique was developed at the Misgav Ladach hospital in Israel. There is no hyphen in the name! I should have posted my answer! :)
