@ David - not by KudoZ but by me as an editor... ... because "allfällig" is legalese by all means, irrespective of its usage in conjunction with inland navigation. (And inland navigation may fall under "transportation".)

Sounds good for the translation of the "allfällig". You could restructure the sentence, though, to make it flow a little better instead of sticking to the German syntax so much.
