In a text on the marketing of perfumes, reference is made to the *fontana*, being a type of tester. It turns out this is the word for the stand or column placed outside perfume shops with a tester inside so that passers-by can test the fragrance. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be called in English -I am stuck for ideas! Many thanks in advance.
