This is for a bank, pls see below with regards to amounts for irrevocable commitments to be paid/disbursed. Kudoz says "sure to be utilized" but besides this sounding US (I need UK) I cannot find any info on the net with that translation for a utilizzo certo e incerto. Help much appreciated thanks.

I am uncertain whether this is use of the pledge by the payee or use in the sense of how a bank uses its fund (la raccolta is funding or borrowing and the utilizzo is lending or investing).
