Serbian to English: Medical Errors General field: Medical Detailed field: Medical (general)
Translation - English Medical procedure that was performed according to the rules of the medical profession, with the consent of an informed patient that was performed by the qualified person does not come within the scope of criminal behavior even if the harmful outcome for the life and health of a patient does occur. On the other hand, even if just one condition is not fulfilled, medical procedure may result in criminal responsibility of the one who undertook the procedure in question.
In order to even initiate a judicial proceeding, it is necessary that the injured patient to file a charge in order to conduct preliminary proceeding to determine whether there are grounds for suspicion of a criminal offense. Of course, charges may also be filed by any other party, especially by the doctors who are familiar with the questionable medical treatment. Prerequisite is that a patient is informed about his rights and the procedure.

Source text - English 1. Production logistics: materials handling, warehousing, inventory control, transportation;
Production logistics has to ensure that each machine and workstation receives the right product in the right quantity and quality at the right time. The concern is not the transportation itself, but to streamline and control the flow through value-adding processes and to eliminate non-value-adding processes.
2. Operations: machine operating, product production, packaging, testing and maintenance;
The manufacturing process produces and supplies products to the distribution channels based on past forecasts. Manufacturing processes must be flexible to respond to market changes and must accommodate mass customization. Orders are processes operating on a just-in-time (JIT) basis in minimum lot sizes. Also, changes in the manufacturing flow process lead to shorter cycle times, meaning improved responsiveness and efficiency in meeting customer demand. Activities related to planning, scheduling and supporting manufacturing operations, such as work-in-process storage, handling, transportation, and time phasing of components, inventory at manufacturing sites and maximum flexibility in the coordination of geographic physical distribution operations.
3. Outbound logistics: order processing, warehousing, transportation and distribution;
The main task is to deliver the finished products to the customer. It consists of order processing, warehousing, and transportation. Distribution logistics is necessary because the time, place, and quantity of production differ with the time, place, and quantity of consumption. In physical distribution, the customer is the final destination of a marketing channel, and the availability of the product is a vital part of each channel participant's marketing effort. It is also through the physical distribution process that the time and space of customer service become an integral part of marketing, thus it links a marketing channel with its customers (e.g., links manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers).
Translation - Serbian 1. Proizvodna logistika: rukovanje materijalima, skladištenje, kontrola zaliha, transport;
2. Rad: rad mašina, proizvodnja proizvoda, pakovanje, testiranje I održavanje;
Takođe , promene u procesu proizvodnje protoka dovode do kraćeg vremena ciklusa , što znači bolji odziv i efikasnost u ispunjavanju zahteva kupaca.
3. Izlazna logistika: procesuiranje porudžbina, skladištenje, transport i distribucija;
Povezuje proizvođače, distributere, I trgovce).
English to Serbian: Effect of zeolite (clinoptilolite) as feed additive General field: Science Detailed field: Livestock / Animal Husbandry
Source text - English Increased Nitrogen Content of Manure and Compost
Zeo Anima increases and fixes the nitrogen in the manure and compost so that it is plant accessible but not water-soluble. It stops the gassing of the nitrogen as ammonia. Good chicken compost should sell for $75.00 to $90.00 per ton. Many of the areas that have been repeatedly fertilized with chicken manure now have phosphate problems. This is a result of not enough nitrogen to balance the plant uptake of the phosphorous. The problem can be solved by increasing the nitrogen, by the addition of phytase to the feed, and by feeding Zeo Anima to solubilize the phosphate in the bird.
Zeolites Adds Value to Manure and Compost
The introduction of Zeolites with the manure or compost to the soil has the benefit of increasing water retention, holding the nitrogen and other nutrients in the growth zone, provides a medium for the future capture of nitrogen, increases the ion exchange capacity of the soil, provides potassium and calcium, and enhances infiltration and aeration of the soil. Zeo Anima is a value added soil amendment that should be advertised as such.
Translation - Serbian Povećan sadržaj azota u stajskom đubrivu i kompostu.
On zaustavlja pretvaranje azota u amonijak.
Zeolit dodaje vrednost stajskog đubriva i kompostu

Source text - English COSTS AND PRICING
• Subsidies for competing fuels. Large public subsidies for all energy forms, both implicit and explicit, can distort investment cost decisions. The World Bank and International Energy Agency estimate global annual subsidies for fossil fuels to be in the range of US$100-200 billion (please note that dollars and cents are US throughout unless otherwise stated), although such figures are very difficult to assess (by comparison, the world spends around $1 trillion annually on purchases of fossil fuels). Public subsidies can take many forms: direct budgetary transfers, tax incentives, research and devel¬opment (R&D) spending, liability insurance, leases, land rights of way, waste disposal and guarantees to mitigate project financing or fuel price risks.
• High initial capital costs. Even though lower fuel and operating costs may make renewable energy cost-competitive on a life cycle basis, higher initial capital costs can mean that RE provides less generation capacity per initial dollar invested than conventional energy sources. Thus, RE investments generally require higher amounts of financing for the same capacity. Depending on the circumstances, capital markets may demand a premium in lending rates for financing RE projects because more capital is being risked up front than in conventional energy projects. RE technologies may also face high taxes and import duties. These duties may exacerbate the high first-cost considerations relative to other technologies and fuels.
• Difficulty of fuel price risk assessment. Risks associated with fluctuations in future fossil fuel prices may not be quantitatively considered in decisions about new power generation capacity because these risks are inherently difficult to assess. Historically, future fuel price risk has not been consid¬ered an important factor because future fossil fuel prices have been assumed to be relatively stable or moderately increasing. Thus, risks of severe fluctu¬ations are often ignored. However, greater geopolitical uncertainties and energy market deregulation have bred new awareness concerning future fuel price risks. RE technologies (with the exception of biomass) avoid fuel costs and fuel price risk. This 'risk-reduction premium', is, however, often missing from economic comparisons and analytical tools because it is diffi¬cult to quantify. Furthermore, for some regulated utilities, fuel costs are factored into regulated power rates, so that consumers rather than utilities bear the burden of fuel price risks, and utility investment decisions are made without considering fuel price risk.
