Денежная база США расширялась с 2000 млрд. в январе 2011 до 2550 млрд. в конце апреля 2011. Рынки акций, товаров реагировали бурным ростом, а доллар США ослаблялся за счет расширенного предложения данной валюты. Происходящее вызвало повышение инфляционных ожиданий, что выразилось в росте золота и подпитало рост других драгоценных-индустриальных металлов. На рынки облигаций действовали две силы одновременно в разных направлениях: усиление инфляционных ожиданий вниз и расширенное предложение горячих денег вверх, поэтому роста не наблюдалось в первом квартале ни по государственным, ни по коммерческим облигациям. Кроме того в сторону повышения на рынке гособлигаций США работали покупки самой ФРС.
В апреле облигации подрастали, по всей видимости, отражая предстоящее завершение программы количественного смягчения в июне и уменьшение инфляционных опасений.
Мы ожидаем продолжения снижения долгосрочных ставок и повышательного тренда по облигациям по мере завершения программы и, особенно, в последующие летние месяцы. Прекращение накачки ликвидностью очень вероятно вызовет коррекцию на рынке акций и товаров на несколько месяцев и произойдет укрепление доллара США. Фактор сезонного летнего ослабления рынков и технический фактор затянувшегося бычьего тренда на рынках акций (растянутого медвежьего тренда по доллару), сопровождающиеся большими объемами сделок, высоким уровнем успокоенности участников рынка акций (индекс волатильности VIX на исторических минимумах) так же выстраиваются в пользу такого предположения. Особенно уязвимы, могут быть акции США, серебро, палладий, платина, индустриальные металлы, из валют австралийский, новозеландский, канадский доллар.
Translation - English The world economy in April continued to be under the influence of the program of quantitative easing from the U.S. Federal Reserve. U.S. monetary base expanded from 2000 billion in January 2011 up to 2550 billion at the end of April 2011. Stock markets reacted with the rapid growth and the dollar weakened due to increased supply of this currency. All this produced increased inflation expectations, and resulted in higher gold prices and fueled higher prices of other precious metals. On the bond markets two forces were acting simultaneously in different directions: increased inflationary expectations were pressing the prices down and extended hot money supply was pushing the prices up, so no growth was registered in the first quarter neither for the government, nor for commercial bonds. Moreover, U.S. Fed buying government bonds also pressed prices upwards.
In April, bonds were going higher, apparently reflecting the upcoming June completion of the program of quantitative easing and decrease of inflationary fears.
We expect further decrease of long-term rates and the upward trend for bonds upon completion of the program, and especially in the coming summer months. The stop of pumping further liquidity is likely to cause a correction in the stock market and commodities for the next several months and will strengthen the U.S. dollar. The factor of seasonal summer markets weakening and technical factor of prolonged bullish trend in stock markets (the extended bearish trend for the dollar), accompanied by large trading volumes, high levels of complacency at the stock market (VIX volatility index is at historical lows), also support this assumption. U.S. stocks, silver, palladium, platinum, industrial metals, Australian dollar, New Zealand dollar, Canadian dollar could be particularly vulnerable.

Source text - English Recent discussions of emotion in the workplace have been dominated by the subject of emotional intelligence (EI), so much so it’s fair to ask if anything is being lost by looking only through that lens.
Certainly, part of emotional intelligence’s value lies in establishing a kind of rigor and consistency in how talent managers understand emotions’ different dimensions. Further, by applying benchmarks and analyses, talent leaders can perform measurements on an organization’s emotional state and clarify what role emotion will play in effective leadership.
For example, a 2006 research study published in Europe’s Journal of Psychology looked at a random sampling of 358 managers across the Johnson & Johnson Consumer & Personal Care Group. The company asked more than 1,400 employees to rank these leaders according to emotional intelligence dimensions. The results clearly showed the highest-performing managers — using business performance criteria — correlated with strong showings in emotional competence.
